hi mommies. nagmuni muni lang ako haha.. and decided not to add more pica pica foods nalang kasi me sorbetes nako. yun kasal kasi namin last sat have a sorbetero 3 1/2 gallons for almost mga 150 guests. at di naubos ang sorbetes. ang dami pala nun 4 scoops na yun ha. its mahal lang yun kinuha ni 3k.
anyway ayun nga 3 gallons na daw yun samin from bukas palad. 150 cones nga ang dala nila. so i think with 60 guest na meron kami baka masayang yun sorbetes ko if me additional food pako and heavy din yun meal ko considering na meryenda time yun party namin. me face painting pako and activities for kids.

kaya ok na siguro yun sakin hehe.. me cupcake pako for dessert kaya ayun.

^ah ganon, so you think ok napo ba ang 2galloons for 100 guests(30 of this were kids). plan ko kasi na pica-pica is nuts lang sana.. hehe

^^if malalapit sa area ng venue mostly ang bisita manggagaling sis ok na siguro ang walang pica2x. Pero if may manggagaling sa malayo, better if meron. Pag ako kasi d lang yung busog factor  iconsider kundi yung variety rin pero sa akin ito iba2x tayo syempre ng take dito

mahirap kasi if madami variety ang ending ang dami tira like nun last sat me taho pa sya me fishball pa. thousgh sobrang busog ang mga tao in the end di na nakakain ng madami sa dinner. ang dami food pati lechon na madalas nauubos me tira. me mga bibingka pa sya na pinamigay lang sa mga suppliers at iba pa.

i think the gallon ng usual ice cream we buy sa store is not the same gallon ng sorbetes? tsaka maliliit angscoop. sabi din ng supplier ko 3 gallon is super enough for my 60 guest. konti lang kasi guest ko. siguro sa inyo pwede dahil madami kaya go padin with pica pica.

As I've said kanya2x talaga tayo ng take dito we almost have the same # of guests but aside from overbooking the # of heads sa caterer this year and last year din sa shakey's, we had additional food pa rin. Siguro mas natutuwa lang ako na d ako mastress kakaisip if nabusog bisita or iniisip ko rin na walang masabi. D ko na masyado iniisip yung tira kasi marami rin naman happy pag may sumusobra

I believe naman sa gallon ng ice cream pare-parehas lang yan mapasorbetes or mga branded kasi unit of measurement lang naman yun ng volume/weight. Mas maliit lang ang pang scoop sa sorbetes na gamit ng mga sorbetero at d siksik ang pagcurve nung ice cream

siguro nga 3 galloons nalang po kukunin namin plus nuts as pica-pica.. kasi dati nung umattend ako wedding sa glass garden, hizon's catering yun.. ang pica-pica lang na binigay ay kropek then drinks.. ayun di naman kami agad nagutom kahit yun lang kinain namin..

question mommies, kasi icecream lang sana yung add-on namin sa food.. pwede na kaya siya i-serve sa guests kahit di pa nag-start yung program. kasi iniisip ko po, since hindi siya naka-cart, parang mas ok na iserve siya during meal time na..

you think papansinin padin nila yun mga nuts and chips? me ice cream nadin kasi.
basta assured naman na the 3 gallons is enough more than enough sa size ng guest ko kaya ok nako dun. meryenda kasi yun event ko 3PM kaya im thinking wag masyado mag add ons na. ihahabol ko nalang siguro yun pica pica me nakausap nako supplier ng nuts e. sa chips/cookies baka yun nabibili nalang sa grocery and some marshmallows we will see.. ganito ata pag done na sa preps kung ano ano naiisip na dagdag hehe..

hayz.. natapos na rin ang birthday ng baby ko.. nakakaloka.. na-late ng 1hr ang celebrant.. e kasi naman, nauna kami ni hubby sa venue para magdecorate.. so si baby naiwan with my in-laws.. ayun naligaw tuloy sila.. hindi kasi sila familiar sa ortigas area e.. hehe nakakatawa talaga.. =D

newbie po me and medyo needing ng help ninyo. my son is celebrating his 1st bday in Aug, overseas po ako so i decided fastfood nlang easiest and more convenient for me ala kc mg asikaso from there, I'm so thankful to GT as i got most if not all the info i need from here kc i wanted sana na khit fastfood nice nman yung party kaso tanong ko lang.. do you think po practical to have all the works like clown host, face paint, balloon twist at ng balloon decor na din ako for a fastfood party considering limited yung time? mamaximize ba itong mga to or do you suggest otherwise?

then ask ko din po after the party saan napupunta yung mga balloon decor? paano po [textspeak!] preparation kung may party before and after me?

lastly how long ang waiting time for suppliers to reply via email? cost efficient sa akin instead of calling just to inquire.

sensya not even sure if im on the correct thread pero need some input po, budgetwise carry naman since i got it all i a very affordable package.

hi sis. usually kasi pag fast food 2 hrs ang event time na allowed and if mag extend ka me charge yun so
if sa tingin mo need mo mag extend inform mo sila para di sila mag aacept ng event after you agad.
pag set up time kasi 1-2 hrs depende sa fast food ata. kasi sa shakey's 1 hr before the event if me event before us.
pag pack up time naman 20-45 mins after nun 2 hrs event mo so if kunwari 3pm ang start ng program mo they know naman
na guest would arrive late and pwede mga 330 na start nun. so 2pm palang start na set up ng venue. 5PM stop na party start na mag
ligpit.

if me mga outsource supplier ka ganun din sila susunod sila sa set up and pack up time.
ifn package naman kinuha mo ganun padin,

for balloons na usually papamigay na if yun malalaki like pillars and arcs iniiwan nalang yun
or si balloon supplier mo mag uuwi hehe kasi andun naman sila through para iligpit yun balloons after the event.

its ok to add clown or any entertainment pero mas ok yata iba nalang wag na clown kasi kids are afraid sa clown
me mga host naman na naka costume na now e or magicians host or si balloon lady for balloon twist.
for face painting ok lang kasi as the guest arrives open na yun face painting e. pwede kadin mag add ng few food carts
pantanggal gutom sa guest while waiting

as for supplier depende e. me supplier na nagrereply agad. ako kasi ang rule ko is one week
pag ala reply meaning di sila interested sakin or busy talaga silang sobra kaya hanap nako ng iba.

me alam ba kayo sa divi an store na nagbebenta ng character bags? yun ginagamit na pang loot bags din. na elmo ang character? wala kasi talaga ako makita lahat natanungan ko na. sa divi mall wala daw sila nun

^^ parang nagkalat lang yan eh.. kahit sa may tiende, meron.  kahit sa public market sa marikina, ang dami ko ring nakikita.  pati sa riverbanks.  mas mahal lang ng kaunti dun pero kung for one event lang naman ang paggagamitan, for me, huh? again, for me lang... ok na sa akin ang rate ng mga iyun kasi pag nagpunta ako sa Divi, mas mura nga pero yung fare and effort pa.

hi sis kasi malapit lang din ako sa divi makati lang ako. di ko na afford umabot pa ng marikina just to buy that and naka sched din kasi punta namin ng divi so sulit lang din pamasahe. sa divi mall ako nagcheck. me iba pa bang store?
