i was there yesterday.. may looney tunes, yes, but baby looney parang bihira...

ako naman mickey mouse theme ko and surprisingly hindi rin ganun kadali mag-gather ng mickey stuff huh!  i thought since mickey is so gasgas na, mas madali makahanap ng items ko.  i had to let go of tumbler and spoon/fork as tokens since wala ako makita nito.

yes sis, actually sa toysRus ko nakita yung tumbler,spoon and fork and nagandahan ako sa idea, though since mall price sya, i opted to look for it in divi, having in mind that divi is where i can find all these mickey stuff.  wrong.  hindi rin ganun ka complete. madami rin namang mickey stuff but what i had in the list, wala.  good thing madami rin naman pwedeng substitute so i just had to settle with whats there

tip:  for those who really want to stick to the theme, i suggest you prepare for your tokens/souvenirs really early.  unlike me who is sort of cramming already (my celebration would be next week), i do not have that much time anymore to saturate divi. i know makikita ko naman yung mga hinahanap kong tokens pag hinalughog ko divi up to it's kasuluksulukan, problem is wala na time.

galing kami kanina divi mal.. wasnt able to bring the stall address nun PM sakin ni sis he conceptquuen pero nilibot namin nag buong divi mall from grounf floor to 2nd floor. walang sesame street. puro scholl supplies lang, some stickers and wallet na wala sa list ko ang ending halo halo na naman hahaha. anyway ok lang me mickey ako, winnie d pooh, barney etc hahaha what a theme!

nakabili ako nun mga di masyado kilala character for pen cil case malaki pa super mura ay 35 pesos, alcansya na 8 pesos hehe, mga lapit na designs sa ulo hehe 10 pesos, tsaka yun mga kulang na loot bags contents.

di na bale yun loot bags naman elmo hehe. yun mga prizes ko di ko na babalutin pang akit sa mga bata para sumali sa games.

babalik ako dun by july na for invitation printing, at mga kulang sa balloons decor ko na DIY.. mahal ng tarp ha 6X4.5 lang 1100 na yikes samantalang sa kapit bahay namin shop nasa 600++ lang 25 per sq ft sila e dun nalang ako..

me mga sobra ako loots bags nadamihan ko bilhin haha kaya im might add siguro sa kids (all kids) mga food naman laman sa loot bag aside sa school supplies nila hehe..

saan pala ako makakabili ng mga pang pica pica like candies, chips etc na mura lang? yun by pack na para mas mura magseset up nalang ako ng kiddie cocktail bar. 1k lang budget ko.. for that..

^ Sis, buy ka na lang sa grocery ng food.  We don't know where the candies and foodstuff at Divi came from.  Better be safe than sorry.

Sis,Mistiqshannen,naiwan mo pala stall no. na bigay ko .Anyways,Elmo naman loot bags mo.Sis Marose and Sis Jhoanne are right,better to buy your foodstuffs in the Supermarket or Grocery stores,safe and sure than the ones from Divi,whose origin we may not really be aware of.Big supermarkets have bulk packages for candies,goodies,chocos and lollies na makakamura ka na din.
If you still want your prizes and give-aways to still look uniformed and still carrying a theme especially when displayed on a table and for photo op,here's a suggestion,instead of wrapping your prizes with paper wrapper,buy clear cellophane plastic bags(yung clear at kitang kita yung contents,so they don'y lose their appeal to the kids) in sizes that your prizes will fit in nicely,or you can adjust with clear cellophane tape like scotchtape.Have sticker tags printed in Divi on your next visit,the size of choice suited to your budget,with Sesame Street or a   huge face of Elmo and your baby's photo(any you want )with the event details.If the budget still allows,get yourself some red ribbon rolls ,mura lang sa Divi,and tie the tops of your plastic bags with bows or curling ribbons and viola...instant transformation!Kung marunong ka magphotoshop,Ill PM you the site,hanapin ko pa sa list ko .Hope this helps  !

sis conceptqueen waaa di ko naisip yan ha oo marunong ako magphotoshop..
yap me nakita ako mga transparent plastic in divi mall.. i will have elmo face na siguro for sticker. me mas mura printing sa sm manila e dun ko din print yun mga guest sheets na gawa ko. 20 pesos kasi yun photopaper A4.

yun iba like alkansya me plastic na at yun mga nabili ko water container
didikitan ko nalang ng sticker so with the pencil cases. maybe sa pencil tags nalang lalagay ko.. thanks sa idea

for pica pica.. sige SM nalang ako buy or puregold yun mga kilala nadin brand buy ko.. thanks..

^Sis Mistiqshannen,I visited your site,and ganda ng work mo!Marunong ka palang magphotoshop ,so the sites I gave you will give you lots of inspiration.Btw,I have another suggestion,you're going to set up a candy/goody buffet for the kids,right?Why not customize your buffet spread with a red tablecloth,then print Little Elmo standees around,print toppers for your cupcakes,have little red containers around with Elmo stickers...buhay na buhay na theme mo,di na mawawala si Elmo at di na rin labo-labo.

hmmm... hay grabe di ko naisip mga yan at toxic ako sa work..
im not sure ano color ng shakey's cloth na lalagay daw nila sa mga tables pero parang meron nga cloth not sure ano kulay. coconfirm ko muna yun cloth pag di ok bibili nako ng cloth ko yun gina cloth ba tawag dun yun pang barbero hehe.
kasi tables provided sa harap sa me stage area (actually activity area lang yun no stage at all) are table for the cake for blowing parang cocktail table daw e pero nun nakita ko set up nila para usual table nila sa harap sya ng tarp ok na sakin yun. tapos pa L kasi shape ng venue so yun mid ng L ang stage area. L din ang pagka set up ng tables. dun ko na din lalagay sa tabi ng cakes and cupcakes ( me tower to) ang mga gifts ko.

on the other side ng venue hehe.. dun nako set up ng buffet area for the cocktail cocktailan hehe.. and sureness will buy cloth for that.. lalagyan nalang namin ng ekek na skirting if kakayanin.. bawal ata thumb tacks. anyway we will see.

for cupcake me elmo na character na sis kasama sya sa binili ko.
di nako magproprovide ng cupcakes for cocktail baka masuka na yun mga guest ko haha. dessert kasi yun cupcakes me ice cream na kasi sa cocktail. pica pica nalang talaga.
ano kaya ok na pica pica? nuts/candies/chips nalang ba? konti lang ok na..

will look for a bowl na colored or garapon sana makakita ako.
and put elmo stickers nadin yay ang dami ko lalayout hhahaha

tags, sticker for gifts (bigger one elmo face), sesame street faces nalang meron na ako ata nun hehe ayusin nalang then dikit sa bowls.

mistiqshannen, wala pong table cloth ang shakey's.. as is po sila.. ang meron lang is yung tables for the prizes, cake, giveaways... yung slip on type of cover na parang may pleated style na skirting.
