Hi. Just wanna get some suggestions. My baby's 1st birthday is on christmas!!!! I dont know how to put up his  birthday party kasi  wala namn siguro makakapunta since everyone is with their family spending christmas At if Ill do it on the weekend after the xmas ang problem ko is wala ako masyadong kakilalang kiddos. All my HS barkadas are either single or no baby yet. All my college barkada are single.    Neigbors meron ero kaunti lang sila. And most of my paangkin at kid cousins nasa states na.  Paln ko sana is to held na lang lunch with ninongs and ninangs in a resto. okay lang po ba yun? Need ko pa ba magprepare for them like giveaways.

Im really desperate for suggestions. Thanks so much.

same tayo sis. dec 25 rin bday ng anak ko, but, nag survey na ako in advance and im glad marami naman nagconfirm na guests.

yes, a nice lunch would probably do. no need for decors na kasi malamang the restos are all decked out with lights and trimmings. parang this is the best arrangement na if there are no kids naman. time na lang to catch up with the godparents and of course, for them to see their godchild.

agree din ako... ok na yung lunch lang with the god parents and immediate family ninyo ni hubby... pero make sure na on your child's 3rd bday, i-career mo na ang pagsi-celebrate... make a save the date card and send it 3 months in advance...

my little girl naman will be celebrating her 1st birthday on november 14, i have 3 weeks to go!

ok na yung party venue sa jollibee dito sa valero st, makati. then her lootbags and game prizes are ok na din. her invitations majority thru email, ill give a hardcopy of the invites to those who doesn't have email access like my aunts na senior citizen na

her thank you card, i print na lang. hhhmmm... ano pa ba?

^pareho tyo sis! tarp and thank you cards na lang kulang. but my son's party will be 2 weeks from now na lang! mas lagot ako...hehe. may photoshoot pa kasi si baby this weekend for the tarp and thank you card kaya di pa namin ma-paprint. sana maging OK yung photoshoot nya para we can have them printed next week. gusto kasi namin mukha na talaga syang 1 year old sa pictures..hehe

Dami rin pala kasabay ng birthmonth daughter ko dito. Sa Nov 28 naman yung sa kanya sa Jollibee Global, the Fort Taguig. I'm missing nalang din tarp, guestbook and yung photo-video. Ay pati pala food hindi pa namin nasettle. Dami ko pa pala need asikasuhin

pwede na lang portrait session with ging lorenzo, its 2,500. that's for a 2-hr shoot i think, all pics will be stored in a personalized dvd and comes with printed images na din. sulit na rin sis kasi pag sa studio ka nagpa-pic mahal per print about 700-900 per pc and you don't get to have hi res copy pa...

Just celebrated my daughter's 1st birthday last October 18.  Ang dami pumunta halos lahat ng relatives namin n hubby nandun

Venue and food:  Shakeys Valero
Service is excellent.  Food were served on time considering that my guests exceeded the expected number of attendees and even exceeded the store's capacity .  Also, the quality of the food is very good as in served fresh from the oven.  Kahit na ng-exceed ang visitors meron pa din chairs na nkstand by kaya lahat ng guests naka-upo. Mejo siksikan na nga lang.

Party Planner:  JCC Events c/o Joy Carillo
Super OK din eto.  I'm so happy and satisfied sa venue dress-up and on how Joy handled my daughter's party.  As in sya lahat from invitations, giveaways, cakes and cup cakes, party host/magician, party coordination and even pag pack-up ng mga gifts and all after the party. Yung mga balloons ang ganda ng set-up madami nga sa guests ang nag-uwi. hehe... At eto pa meron pa siya mga assistants in red uniform. Wala na ako inisip sa party kundi ang pag-entertain sa guests and pagbayad. hehe... pati serving time ng food si Joy na din nkpag-usap sa Shakeys.  Instrumental siya kung bakit mabilis naserve yung food and Ok yung quality kc yun talaga tinutukan nya ng husto. Hindi ko maimagine yung buhay ko that day kung wala JCC... Siguro ngarag na ang beauty ko to death! Two thumbs up JCC!

The host/magician is OK. Madaming bata ang ng-enjoy sa tricks and games and na-amaze sa bubble show.  As in madaming bata ang gusto mgtry ng bubble show kaya mejo humaba yung party hehe. One suggestion lang yung sa costume ng magician, mas maganda yung kinda neat and may arrive yung costume. But in totality fun and ng-enjoy lahat sa show pati adults.

Cup Cakes:  Ikos Bakeshop
Super mura compared sa ibang bakeshops kaya lang matamis and madami lang yung icing pero naubos pa din... hehe...

Food Carts: FIC and Potato Corner
Super hit sa kids and adults.  Lahat sila super nasarapan.  Yung ibang guests nakailang balik   I got the carts from party fantasy and super happy ako kc 1pm palang nasa venue na sila.

Super love them.  As in all out sa pagtake ng pictures and pag capture ng moments.  Isa pa mura ang package nila and pg nakita nyo yung sample ng photobook nila as in looks expensive. hehhe... I'm still waiting sa mga Photos and sa photobook...

Ok din naman sila kaya lang ang dami na ng guests wala pa sila.   Sabi ngka-emergency daw.  I'm still waiting for the DVD from them.

^ san located si ging lorenzo? sulit na rin [textspeak!] 2500 if you can have the pics in dvd as well a printed pictures. sa the picture company kasi its 2500 also and u get only 1 page printout. that's it.

haaay nakaka inggit ang party planning niyo. dito sa Doha very limited ang mga suppliers, wala din makuha na matinong party host except sa mcdonalds na mga Pinoy din. im planning na for my baby girl's 1st bday party on dec. but very limited ang mga party supplies/entertainer and venues dito, expensive pa ang rates. kung icoconvert sa peso, super galing na party host/entertainer na yan satin. how i wish i could give her a nice party like her brother. sigh!
