We saw celebrity sports last night and I love their ballroom but the only problem is my MIL is in a wheelchair kasi and they don't have handicapped ramps or elevators for the second floor so I told hubby that we'll just get Milky Way cause they have an elevator to the second floor
Ok naman sa Milkyway but hindi high ceiling pero at least its more comfy for my MIL na lang. Now I have to look for forty prizes for both kids and adults At least may venue na kami yay!

Ako naman, hindi pa nga tapos ang binyag which is on october, nag-iisip na ako ng theme for my daughter's birthday next year Special kasi to dahil first granddaughter sya and matagal din namen sya inintay so parang gusto ko talaga i-celebrate yung birthday nya. Mejo nagkaproblem pa with her delivery, good thing we're both okay na. Hindi super bongga ang trip ko, pero party fit for a princess This binyag nya, sa max ang reception and close family relatives lang ang invited.

Sis Blue karen, Milky Way Function Hall is in Pasay Road. Sa second floor ng El Cirkulo restaurant. OK naman cause it fits up to 180 people Our guests so far are 150 na. 100 adults and fifty kids.
I too am a bit worried about our theme cause its Fancy nancy so bawi na lang ako sa laman ng loot bag ng boys.

last saturday was the celebration of my little Raine 1st b-day and the theme is strawberry shortcake, binawi ko na lang sa lootbags sa mga boys at dapat may games for kids na bongga ang prizes for boys para di sila ma OP kaya lang di kinaya ang oras kaya yung prizes napunta lahat sa panganay kong anak

sa pizzahut ang 1st bday ng anak ko.. fairyland ang theme na meron sila for girls so i matched it with red ribbon's barbie fairytopia cake..

ayaw ni hubby ng may "pakpak" ever si baby.. ayaw ko den naman so i just bought a purple gown for her and the rest of her accessories will be in shades of pink and purple, also matching the cake and the balloons

ang pizzahut na ang bahala sa games at prizes pati sa lootbags and mascot.. kasama yun sa 2500 na party amenities nila.. hope it's going to be fun.. excited na'ko sobra kasi sa sunday na yon

my son's 1st birthday was celebrated yesterday, pero sa Sept.25 pa [textspeak!] sya..napaaga kase 2weeks ako lang that we've decided we're gonna have a party kya the sept.26 that I want was fully booked na..

Buti nlang, I know what I want na sa party nya since 2mos plang sya, sabi ko in case magcelebrate sya..

Kya un, i emailed Jhoanne of Polkadots Events, buti nlang available sya on that date...I got a face painter and host sknya na din...the theme was pirate..Ging Lorenzo was our photographer...Kitchen Krafts did the cake..

We forgot nga to put my son in his costume,si  hubby kase parati mamya na daw bihisan kc maiinitan, ayun tuloy sa sobrang enjoy ng party nakalimutan na..

Caterer was VS&F, they did our wedding din kaya tried and tested..

Lootbags were DIY, bandannas turned into drawstring bags, I had a crayon pillow made na din as  his souvenier..tapos yung mga prizes ko sabi ni Jhoanne dami daw...kase the kids were like less than 15 ata tapos the prizes were supposedly 50, may naiwan lang kame sa house na 8pcs...hahaha!!ang dami pa din daw...

Over budget ako but all in all my son enjoyed the party, he didn't sleep nga during the entire party and was so loving the program..IT WAS ALL WORTH IT!

sisses i need your help. like i mentioned before, we are having my baby's birthday party at home (to make use of our pretty useless backyard). we've got most of the details worked out already (decor, food, etc) but im worried about games/program since we have not talked about it yet.

my bro-in-law volunteered to host the games but he told me to create a list of what i want. so far here's what i came up:

1. Pin the tail on the donkey (pero gagawing Tinkerbell with the missing want)

2. Longest Birthday

3. Bring me

corny ba? i am really clueless. i dont even know what to do for the adults. pls send in your suggestions and tips. im getting desperate. hehe... by the way, Im  US-based so I dont have a party planner. birthday parties here are celebrated differently here than back home. sobrang simple lang talaga.

we just celebrated my daughter's birthday today.. we only had a cake, jelly, baked macaroni, shanghai rolls, adobo, rice, and coke.. i also twisted some balloons for her.. we did enjoy though short lunch lang ang celebration..

sa sunday na ang party nya sa pizzahut.. we are expecting lots of guests and FUN!

My baby girl is turning 1 on december 20, but hubby wants to celebrate it together with his bday which is on January. Parang hindi ok for me kasi ibang year na yun eh. I want to celebrate kasi our baby's bday in Pinas, but ayaw payagan si hubby ng boss niya umuwi ng Dec. Sabi ko na lang kulitin niya.
What do you think mommies, would it be better to celebrate her bday in Pinas with our family & relatives but a month late, or here na lang where we are based but puro friends lang talaga?

I plan to have Hello Kitty for her birthday theme, kaya lang paano kaya yung lootbags or giveaways for boys?

^ malulungkot naman si hubby mo sis, since 1st bithday ni baby yun tapos di sila magkasama? Ok lang naman ma-late eh. on the birth date itself, prepare lang a small salo-salo para ma-celebrate pa din ang birthday niya.

My baby's birth date is on January 20 but we will celebrating it on the 23rd kasi weekends yun. Pero maghahanda pa din ako para sakanya sa mismong birth date niya.

^ sorry sis, hindi pala clear yung post ko hehe. gusto ko uwi kami the whole family ng Dec. to celebrate xmas and our baby's 1st bday there. pero ayaw payagan si hubby magbakasyon ng Dec. so he opted na uwi kami ng january na lang then sabay bday celebration nila ni baby - ibang year na nga lang yun. thought about celebrating it na rin nga dito where we are based, kaso puro friends lang talaga namin ang guests. hindi pa kasi nakita si baby ng mga relatives namin sa Pinas.

mag celebrate kayo on her birthday mismo. maghanda ka ng pwede mo ihanda and invite important people to celebrate with then pag uwi nyo dito sa january celebrate na ang birthday ni hubs. you may opt to re-celebrate you baby's birthday again sa january pero like you said its a diff year na. kung ako sa position mo, parang thanksgiving na lang for baby ang january.

i love the venue kasi may arcade na sa loob and yet, since hawak mo ang main dining during your party, bihira talaga ang magwa-walk in kahit pa open ang regular function hall nila for walk-in clients kasi pag nakitang may party, nati-turn off na...

meaning, solo pa rin ng mga kids ko yung arcade... gusto ko kasi na pati yung paglalaro nila sa arcade ma-capture sa photo and video.... kung gagawin ko ito sa WOF or Tom's World or Fun Ranch, hindi ko magagawa yun... kasi hindi naman nila kino-close totally to the public yung mga place nila para exclusive for you na tulad ng Bounce na kahit nga weekends, kino-close nila yung venue nila for you alone.

mga sis, sayang hindi applicable sa amin ni Hubby yang "delayed" celebration na yan. pano ba naman, Oct 25 ang birthday ni Pau tapos end pa ng January ang vacation ni hubby from his project abroad. super delayed na ang magiging celebration kung ganun, unlike yours na pwede pa kasi 1 month lang ang gap.

hay..kakalungkot dahil wala siya. pero bilib ako sa kanya kasi he was the one who realy encouraged me to push through this celebration. super love niya ang baby bubot namin, hehe!

buti pa yung within one month delay...ako mukhang mag-iisip na ako ng ibang term sa 1st bday party ng bunso namin...sa feb yung bday niya pero either july or december na kami makauwi ng pinas kasi yung panganay ko labas pasok sa hospital for the past 8 months, until now me mga test pa na pending. sabi ni hubs pwede naman daw kaming 2 umuwi ng bunso namin, iwan sila dito kesa diyan pa sa atin magkasakit at maubos lang dala naming pera sa hospital...dito kasi free ang medical expenses...

naloka nga ako but i have to accept na kasi priority ko pa din ang health nila. kaya ayun mega DIY na naman ako dito for sure sa bday niya to make it special...sabi ni hubs pag-umuwi na lang kami magpaparty at hanap na lang ako ng term na mala thanksgiving effect...ng malaman kong buntis ako ulit i started 'planning' and dreaming of her 1st bday there in pinas na! tapos nag-'review' na ako dito sa GT...heheh...

excited pa naman ako sa mickey mouse theme kasi for sure happy to the max ang mga girls ko...we're still deciding if july (summer vacation dito pero maulan diyan) or december (peak season din) kami uuwi...halos 1year ang difference..
