i noticed its easier to dilute the meiji collagen sa hot drinks kesa cold.
Kaso medyo hesitant ako pag sa cofee ko i mix, baka di umepek dahil hot siya? Hehe!
And i wonder if nakukuha natin yung exact recommended dose ng collagen pag minimix sa drinks?

^ yan din concern ko sis, i read an article saying it's a waste of money. Uubusin ko lang yung nabili ko much better magpa-fraxel na lang to address the problem.

^ ive been using collegen powder for almost three years. My reason for taking it is because i want to add volume to my face. Its true that once you stop the effects will gone. So if you plan to take this make sure youre willing enough to spend 2k-3k monthly for god knows how long. Ganun naman siguro talaga kasi supplement nga. Kahit ano naman pag nahinto bumabalik din sa dati.

Pero, gusto ko talaga effect nito. Rather than injecting fillers to my face, mas ok na yun ganto. Feeling ko mas safe sya. Nakakaregular ng tulog at bowel movements. I feel energized everyday. And also i noticed once na nagpapalaser resurfacing ako, ang bilis mag heal ng skin. Im not sure kumg ito talaga yung dahilan but ito lang naman tinetake ko. As per dosage naman, ome scoop lang talaga i tried using 2 scoops a day, nagiging oily ako at nagkakabumps ako.

So there, my take to this if you want the effects you have to maintain it. Hth

I asked my derma about this and she said na yung collagen, to be effective, must be injected dun sa part that needs it talaga. Ubusin ko na lang yung can ko. I can't spend 2.5K a month for this Sana may cheaper way para maging smooth and flawless ang skin.

@ sis OD - i tried meiji before, yun ang una ko talagang na try courtesy of GT. Hehe. (3 mos lang) then nameraka kaso tablet sya kala ko dati pure na collagen lang yun. Later on i discovered dhc collegen tablets na di ako hiyang. i finally stick to Fine for reasons i can easily buy from sasa (Buy 2 take 1 yun) and i like the non fishy taste. Now that my friend is in japan i ask her to buy me collagen. Currently using asahi collagen, has almost same formulation of Fine but there is a slight fishy taste. Been taking it for 4 mos now

I might try fancl htc collagen powder. Its reaaaally expensive but my friend says its very popular and ive used fancl white advance before its really effective.

^Neocell collagen powder yung iniinom ko. Ok naman siya para sakin. Umiinom lang ako para maging firm yung skin ko. Feeling ko nga nakakaputi siya e.

^1100 bili ko ng sakin sis. Nagbebenta lang kasi yung officemate ko. Mas ok daw powder compare sa tablets kasi yung tablets matagal madigest and need ata 9 tablets per day para makuha yung 6600mg collagen
