I've been using shiseido collagen for months na. Effective siya and gives moisture sa skin lalo na sa face. Its a bit expensive lang, around 2,300yen for 10 bottles. I stay in Japan pala kaya its easily available. Im quite bad in reading Jap, kaya di ko masyado ma explore other beauty products nila. I think Jap beauty products have good quality talaga. Ang kikinis ng mga japanese girls e, unless they are genetically gifted

Ive already checked the price of fine (from watsons) its 110 per sachet. Nakabox sya at hindi sa tin can. 3300 yung 30 days supply.  Mahal padn. Im still goin to order from sasa.

^^ im on pills too. Hindi naman masama itake just as long as hindi pagsasabayin.  Lets say pills morning, collagen at night. I asked my ob about it.

^ Yep! Of all the collagen drinks ive tried, i love fine the most. But im not sticking to one product lang, i like to experiment kasi. If i find something better and afforadable i'd go for it you're welcome.

^ meron depende sa post office kung magkano ang isisingil nila sayo usually pag malaki ang box ang iniisip nila madaming item malaki sila magpatong kahit ipabukas pa sa kanila. When you order, they'll ask you to send them your credit card billing statement just to prove you own the card. After na ok na lahat 2-3wks time ang arrival.

may purging effect ba ang fine collagen? kasi na try ko na ang meiji, shiseido, mosbeau, belo, dhc (with collagen). after 2-3 weeks nagkakabutlig butlig ako at hindi ko kinakaya. kaya stop na agad.

phew. done backreading. discovered collagen products last night lang, target ko kasi glutathione then i saw nagbebenta din yun seller ng collagen, mukhang promising ah. ok na ba to take collagen while 24y/o pa lang? parang i wanna try Meiji powder instead of Claire Blanche glutathione. or okay lang ba isabay siya sa gluta? (gasgas lang sa bulsa i-maintain both)

regarding meiji pala, nagkapimple kasi ako agad nung nagtake ako ng fish oil 1000mg, hindi kaya magka-pimple din ako dito? hehe

hiyangan din sis. ako kasi nagkapimple me sa fish oil ng swanson pero yung sa kirkland hindi naman. sabi effect din ng collagen, medyo magiging oily face ka. ako dn oily skin at pimple prone kaya pinagiisipan ko din take ng collagen though turning 30 n me this year
