^powder sis kasi madali nlang magspread at ma absorb ng body while yung capsule may process pa though same effective... faster ang drink for me!

Lahat naman po ng supplements sis is you have to take time to see effects,it is not like an abrupt effect.Unless years mo na iniinom is wala pang effect.Japanese women take collagen drinks like they buy it regularly.I took Pure White Ex liquid and ma feel mo na revitalize ang body mo.
