My job now is just so we can save enough to live comfortably after retirement. trabaho na lang ako ng trabaho now, I dont expected to get promoted nor do I want the promotion if that happens. I dont want added responsibilities even if I get a payhike kasi I know that this is not the job that I really like, this is not my dream job.

but then sometimes, gusto ko na lang ng no brainer na trabaho. even if pay is less, less stressful din.

"Dream job" = doing nothing but getting paid! LOL! Kidding aside, I don't know what I want yet, which is why I'm stuck in the government (hay... apparently, not a branch of the government that people would love to work for because of the so-called benefits). Just waiting to see if I'll get admitted into school (perks of working where I am right now). If I don't get admitted, well, ewan ko na.

Right now I can't even save anything and I'm living with my parents! Ganun ka-underpaid. To think I used to be an officer in the corporate world... I'm trying to save up (new year's resolution), but I know sooner or later, for the sake of my future family, I would have to look for a better-paying job.

Not my dream job but this was my field so, i think i got used to it and have been working to pay the bills and somehow, SAVE for the future.

this is not my dream job but i am good at what i do and it pays well.. I just don't like the people around me.. PURE politics. How i wish they can allow to me to do work from home at least 4x a month!

This is the dream job for my old self. I did not pursue writing or the arts because I've always thought the engineering industry can benefit from me. Kaya lg, I realized I want to "play" in order to earn a living. Getting there though. But, a new project have me smiling naman. Pero, I haven't stopped figuring out my dream job. I want to create my dream job not find it. You know, freelancer + a few business gigs.

I can proudly say that my job now, is my dream job. Ever since bata ako I wanted to be a teacher, my parents would discourage me though kase wala daw pera sa pagtuturo, but I can say that at this point in my life, I earn more than enough to pay my own bills, invest a little, travel a little, splurge a little, help my parents a little, and even plan for a quite expensive wedding, just because I want to and I believe I deserve that.

Although I'm set to take my licensure exam in the US early next year so I can practice there, I still see myself teaching, say, 20 years from now until I'm old enough to retire. Of course a passive source of income is also part of the plan so I can eventually retire without my child's support lol, but still, I can see myself growing old in teaching. It just has that special place in my heart, and it's really heart warming to see my students be successful in their own ways too. The feeling of satisfaction is just unbelievable.

^same! teacher din ako and in a way dream job ko to... sobrang matrabaho nga lang. kung wala masyadong take home work para sa teacher, i can say na 100% dream job ko ito. Haha! And i'm pretty certain na kahit hindi educ ang degree ko, i will still pursue a career as an educator.

I can't say this is my dream job kasi pabago bago ako ng gusto. I love naman what i do at work, salary is ok din pero tingin ko may iba pa akong kayang gawin na mag eenjoy at the same time kikita ako. Although related sa course ko yung work ko, recently ko lang nadiscover na gusto ko maging pastry chef, ang layo nun sa work ko haha.

I think I've found my dream job. I think the pay is only enough to cover my lifestyle. The only thing lacking is my dream LIFE. Haha
