Do you have your dream job or just working to pay the bills?

i can't say this is my dream job but almost close to it na talaga, and it's not enough to pay the bills. i'm a writer by the way...=/

yes, my dream job is to work in a cruise ship but sad to say its not going to happenned anymore now that i have a family already. i have a job right now and it's not enough to pay all the bills.

as per my current job, i definitely would say that this is not my dream job. took this job and stayed here just to have a living. i will still pursue my dream job. i used to work in an advertising agency and that was one of my top 3 jobs i really want. it just that after 3years of working for the advertising company i was with politics was inevitable that is why i have to resign, but im planning to go back

alam nyo sa totoo lang..sa panahin ngayon parang ang hirap na maging masaya sa workplace [textspeak!]? paminsan kahit hindi gusto ang trabaho papatosin may mapakain lang sa anak o kung kaya naman makapag bayad lang ng mga bills.
basta ako..ayoko ng ganun, [textspeak!] i'm living other dreams..mas masaya kasi if you are living your own dream.

^ yeah i agree masaya nga if your live your dream and not of others, pero as you pointed out din sometimes you just dont have the liberty to choose kung ano talaga ang makukuha mo na work. sometimes what you do it make it work out for you until such a time na dumating na yung chance to do what you really want

oo tama ka gladly ngayon may nakita akong business community, tinutulungan nila ako makapag patayo ng gusto kong negosyo, tulong tulungan kami dun e. Dati kasi naghahanap ako ng trabaho dahil kapos sa pera, talagang lahat talaga tinatanungan ko e wala talagang job opening. Kaya ayon negosyo nalang, atleast hawak ko oras ko Sana lahat nalang ng Pilipino maging masaya [textspeak!]? My dream job has something to do with events.. planning or organizing. Gusto ko yung nagttravel madalas, setting up a program or event, quite tiring pero I know na mas magiging masaya ako sa ganun.

I must say na sa ngayon, I am working just to pay my bills.

2 ang dream jobs ko. yung isa, maging nurse sa US. the second one is to become an IT. I wanted to learn JAVA, programming and other skills...

i learned to love this job i have right now. for me, its like how you'll see a glass half-filled with water. will it be half empty or half full?

i am a graduate of engineering and i must say, am happy and am sad at the same time when i had my first job. happy because i immediately got a job right before i graduated. am sad because i was not able to get the job i want.

yet, i learned to love this job. BPO in nature yet it pays my bills, it gave me capital to have my first business. I had another business, then i was able to bought a lot, then stuffs in between, now my house is almost finished.

i still love to go back to the LOGIC behind that half-filled glass of water. I still remember it that I saw that glass as half-filled and not half empty, because I know for myself, even if opportunities are small like droplets of water, if I am going to save that in that half-filled glass of water, it will reach the brim and outpour opportunities later on in my life.

I used to have my dream job. But the pay is not something to dream of. So ayun nagpapirata ako.

With my current job, I just use my salary to pay the bills and save.

after taking the NCLEX, call center ulit to pay the bills bills bills...

I don't have a dream job except to work in NASA,kahit siguro floor manager or administrative task 
But right now, I'm working in IT, it's definitely paying the bills.  I don't know what I'd be if I quit this job
