we had a salon that ran for around 15 years or more profitable pero madaming heartaches din. I would suggest also na mas maganda to carry the name of your salon with your own talents. So if you have any hairdressing talent or skills in hair and makeup or whats viable to the business bank on your own talent and not on the people who will work for you.

Keep it as professional as possible and probably have specific contracts arranged or set it up and have the hairdressers/ technicians rent out a chair in your space di mo maiiwasan ang 'home service' kasi and thats the number one thing that can ruin your businsss. Study the set up how you want to run it and make sure you  monitor everything from the supplies to the gamot and your cahera.

^ the not too fancy ones that can't be use with salts or soaps can cost as low as $20most likely for $100 you can get nice ones, the deluxe ones i see are the ones  built in to the chair yun im sure costs a a couple of thousands.

any idea or suggestion para maiwasan yung mag sideline ang mga employee like mag home service sila at agawin ang clients natin? ano bang maganda na salary scheme for the employees?

im starting to study and plan on how to start a nail spa biz. and sa lahat ng comments dito, puro about employees ang karaniwang nagiging problema.

    Hi, anybody knows if meron franchising ang tonton massage... Ang gagaling ng mga therapist nila and ang mura lang, siguro out of 10 na nagmasahe sakin, 2 lnag dun ang di ako satisfied. San kaya sila nagttraining. TIA

^^one way to beat it is to provide better service for customers na they can only avail sa spa, given (let's say) the manicurists can do home service they don't have the facilities...tho yung catch they can drop charges for a cheaper mani/pedi anytime at the convenience of the client.  especially when your manicurists start to establish themselves and clients have their faves  dun magsisimula ang bulungan. not only that, other spa owners are also on the hunt for star employees at other salons or spa's so beware of poaching.

either tapatan from the start na give a good salary base depending on experience and quality of work. as much as you want to invest in them long term, banking on their loyalty is really tough. i don't know how feasible it is to establish your business to have the manicurists rent a chair in your spa so ikaw ang magchacharge monthly sa kanila pero no-win rin yun kasi when they go hakot nila your clients.

but if you are willing to pay a lot you can impose strict rules on them kasi it's you protecting your business. just basic things like no chatty conversations with clients or texting while in the salon it's keeping a watchful eye on them talaga the owners cant risk being away from the business for it to run smoothly. set up cameras rin kung pwede lang ivoice record bawat area better.

to avoid client faves rotate manicurists especially for the regulars whoever is available yun ang next. kasi ikaw rin you have to keep your business running na walang bakante na employee pag marami tao. so handpicking correctly and pagawa ka mismo sa kanila to test their work and provide quality service. overall its what service you can consistently offer and provide.

ang hirap talaga magnegosyo. mahaba habang pagpaplano pa talaga kailangan ko. balak ko nga na ako na mag-receptionist/cashier sa nail spa na pinaplano ko para matutukan ko maigi. medyo malaki din kase ang capital na kailangan so dapat talaga magfocus lang ako dito.

naku sis, masyadong gahol ka sa oras, baka masira ka lang sa mga clients mo if you'll open by april 4 then wala ka pang staff. syempre kahit experienced staff sila, you have to develop a style of your own, yung tipong ite-train mo sila how you want them to do a mani pedi massage etc. some salons have in house trainor. some naman on a per consult basis.

 My sister has a friend who owns a parlor.What I know is a sales representative offers supplies that are exclusive only to parlor owners,although madaming nagkalat na China items sa ngayon.
 Important din ang location,foot traffic.Target market mo kung Class A or middle class ang mas nakakaraming clients.Pwede na start 100k,ang mabigat is ang rental.Swerte kung sa iyo ang lugar.
Lagi may porsyento ang staff pag may customer.One gay ay na interview ko sa F-salon,ganun ang kitaan sa parlors.

 Nung high school may canteen ang family ng friend ko,sa Quiapo,Realistic Building,up to now meron pa rin,di ko alam kung ginawa ng Ricky Reyes training school ito,check nyo .Lahat ng training about parlor nandun.

we are planning to open a salon on june,not the high end one more of pang masa. maganda yung location,and matao.. i have zero knowledge talaga. ang sure lang ay yung kukuhanan ng equipments which is in UAE pa.. eto ang hindi namin napagkasunduan ng tatay ko..gusto nya dun sa knya kukuha ng equipments. let's see what happens.

Hanap ko lang talaga is magandang location to put up the business. Mahal pero ganun naman ata talaga. super invest ka muna then ROI later mo na maaani.
