I've been busy lately, so I was only able to read your replies and wow, I am so overwhelmed.

@Tigress398- thanks for giving me a guide re: some issues that I need to consider, this is actually a new business for me that I am planning to pursue since lahat ng business namin is for real estate and rental of properties. But this is my personal interest na and being a mom, aware na din ako on what parents need. Especially na I am such a paranoid/O.A. mommy. =)

@Cindy1211- your comment made me laugh. I remember myself nung umalis ang yaya ng baby ko and then I badly need to go to a salon, instead of relaxing mas na-stress ako at nasayang ang binayad sa manicure and pedicure kasi nga naman I also have to attend to my daughter.

@1choi_ko9- that is true. Dapat talaga ang staff has excellent customer service skills. Lalo na mga bata ang hinahandle. So, once everything is planned, I'll make sure na hands on ako dito.

for me ha, get an experienced manicurist kasi mahirap magtrain, madaming maselan na customer.

^yes i know kidz replublic. Nakapaglaro na mga anak ko dyan. But i have to agree with you...hindi rin ako impressed sakanila...Yung isa nilang staff mali-mali magkwenta, wala silang consideration, mejo mainit pa yung place (mega and moa), at mga suplada pa staff nila...they don't smile eh mga bata clients nila! sheesh....they should shut down na lang if ganyan sila....

^I only tried their SM North Edsa branch. And yes, sobrang init talaga. I think that is because the play area is overly big for the place kaya ndi nakakapasok ang ventilation. And it's true na mali mali ang computation nila, when my daughter and I went there sinisingil pa din nila ako even if I already paid everything before my daughter started playing. They also have a day care program though if the kids go tired and wants to sleep wala silang proper sleeping area, the sleeping kids will just be placed in a corner of the play area wherein it is not impossible for the playing and hyper kids to step on them. They accommodate a lot of kids even if they only have 3 people on that branch. Nung naglaro kami dun I was so kind enough to help the other kids since ndi na sila naaasikaso nung staff. Wala din silang clean CR, there were plastics everywhere. And yung isang bantay dun slices ingredients inside the play area and just leaves the knife there pag may customer na pumapasok. How weird. This is still connected to my post though. While planning the said business I tend to observe everything sa mga play center na napupuntahan ko just to make sure na things like these won't happen to my own center. It is very important to ensure every child's safety.

^very true sis!!! totally agree,,,,kase like you and other mommies, like me observes mga gantong centers...syempre we want to ensure the safety of our kids lang naman diba?

may additonal share lang ako, this is still connected with the play center po...

may nilaruan kami ng mga anak ko before sa SM, bagong play center sila...tapos tamang nauntog anak ko  sa parang shelf nila dun plus nag kasugat pa bandang kilay pa naman...ako naman bukod sa nataranta nangigigil sa galit dahil wala silang first aid. Betadine, alcohol, cotton...none....ice pack is good naman pero you need to clean the bruise first then put betadine..wala sila nun...tapos tianong k ostaff nasaan manager nila. Ang sagot sakin wala, day-off! Haller? Dapat may karelyebo sila pano kung katulad ng nangyari samin eh nangyari walang nag asikaso. Edi sabi ko sino pwede ko tawagan para mag comment...wala daw silang number....sabi ko sino may-ari nito? dahil kung hindi nyo sinabi papasara ko tong center nyo at isusumbong sa dti dahil play center kayo--bata kliyente nyo hindi man lang safe mga gamit nyo plus wala kayong first-aid! Ayun binigay naman sakin number nung mismong may-ari....edi sumunod na balik namin dun...,may cushion na mga shelves nila, may first aid na sila at may number na sila kung may comments ang mommies! hehe

i'm seriously thinking of starting one too.... i availed of this home service just this weekend and the skill of the technician is just so-so......meaning, there's a huge area of opportunity na pag ok mga technicians mo, madami kang maeeearn na loyal customers.......

pero where can we send people for the massage training kaya aside from tesda?

my hubby and i transferred to a new condo/ community. i noticed, wala pa mashadong establishments although marami ng nakatira. may mga convenience stores na pero wala pang spa/mani/pedi services. parang gusto ko magtayo. pero budget ko is 100k lang. d ba kahit home service spa, kelangan mo pa rin ng quarters for your therapists?  and minsan naiisip ko others would prefer to stay in a spa than sa house kasi at least sa spa tahimik versus sa house na may kids, bisita, biyenan, etc.. hehe.

iba iba kasi ang gusto ng customer, some prefer sa house kasi no need to go out....some naman sa spa mismo kasi they want the ambiance.

i bought an oil diffuser last week. ive been using it pero bakit parang ayaw naman umamoy? i bought it sa sm department store. i got the big one which costs Php550 kasi sabi ng saleslady un daw ng ginagamit sa mga cr ng sm pero ayaw talaga magwork. i mean it's working naman pero kung san nakalagay [textspeak!] oil burner ko, dun lang din may amoy hindi nagsspread ang smell sa buong room 

try making your own oil for the oil burner sis, kasi baka mali yung formulation na gamit mo kaya hindi umaamoy,may specific raw materials needed kasi to make the quality of the scent more okay as a room fragrance, hindi basta tubig and oil lang.PM me if you're interested I know a place that teaches how to do these stuffs for free. Tapos supplier din sila nga mga spa products. hope this helps!

quarters- room where your therapist can stay while walang ginagawa and also you can conduct your training and meetings here

uniform- scrub suits (3 sets per therapist)

training- since my MIL owns a spa, yung senior therapist nila mag training siya babayaran ko

massage oils- same supplier ng sa MIL ko


oil burners and scented oil (optional)

flyers- for marketing

eto naiisip ko now, forgot my notes

I need help to. I'm fond of taking care of my nails. I am really having a hard time trying to find a store where I can buy nail acrylics or nail extensions. Please if anyone can suggest where i can buy that would be awesome. thank you sis
