Hello po,

sino po sa mga sis natin dito may spa, salon or massage clinic?
We are planning and dreaming to put up a small spa/salon here in NZ sana next year...
any tips po? we are in the planning stage pa lang po

kame ng mom ko meron.. if you like cheap but with quality equipments sa may divisoria sa tabe lang ng Starbucks. sana may magreply din dito any suggestions on how to improve the business. Im planning kasi to expand.. any new ideas?

Hi!

Sa may existing nail salon / beauty salon po, pano po ba binabayaran ang nail technicians? May minimum po ba silang sweldo o may kita sila sa bawat service ng customer?

Iniisip ko po kung may kita sila sa bawat service na ipapagawa ng customer, pano pag walang customer?

Please help, may alam din po ba kayong suppliers? I'm aslo looking for a sterilizer para sa mga nipper and warm / hot cabinet for the towels.

Kasi as what I know nail spa attendants earns by commission or may flate rate sila per customer. ex. 150 nail service tig 50% kayo..

I also want this kind of business, kaya I went to one spa and asked the attendant na gumawa sa kin, ang sabi niya allowance basis lang daw sila (P100) a day then commission (percentage) dun sa service na nagawa nila.. may iba rin akong nainterview (ibang center naman), ang sabi P150/day naman ang allowance tapos commission basis din. Yun percentage ng commission, iba iba eh.

I suggest maglibot kayo sa mga spa or sa mga centers who offer the service you want to offer and interview the person who will attend to you.

Hi mga sis.

Kakatayo lang namin ng business na to last May. Medyo nasa nagpapakilalang stage pa din. Hirap talaga pag utang yung pinangbusiness. Nakakapressure ang pambayad!

Happy naman ang mga customers. Kaso kulang na kulang pa din ang customer database. Kailangang maging masigasig sa promotion at matyaga at pasensyosa at matibay ang faith.

Importante talaga that you keep your customers satisfied para bumalik sila at irefer ang salon mo. Atska mga sis, I'd suggest familiarize yourself first about the business, yung mga pasikot sikot before venturing. Kasi importante yun sa pagmonitor mo ng performance ng mga tao mo. Kasi pag nahalata nila na di ka marunong, mamamanipulate ka nila. I'm not speaking against all gays. Marami lang din kasi sa kanila ang mejo iba ang ugali (based on experience) so as a precaution, arm yourself with proper knowledge before sumabak sa gyera, sabi nga nila.

hi, mga sis! b4 putting up dis kind of bisnes mas maganda kung passion mo 2. dapt gusto mo talaga ang gnagawa mo. like me i have this kind kind of bisness for 5yrs n. im a d owner and a hands-on therapist. i love doing facial, massage, foots spa, etc. and i love doing it. Nako sis, medyo malaki. Mahal lang kasi kailangan mo pagandahin. Tapos may aircon ka pa, towels, cabinets, sterilizer, supplies (lotions, scrubs etc), tools at marami pang iba. Especially if you're renting your place.

yung rate ng tech sis is depende sa skill nila. kung senior, 40%, kung junior lang, 30% ang comm

plus allowance of course. and i also give free lunch.

with regards to capital naman, malaki talaga kasi of course kelangan maganda ang place and yung mga gamit today is expensive talaga.

Wala akong rent sa space sis kaya medyo maliit. Sa tools pa lang 2 set each yung nabili ko sa Hortaleza sa Quiapo, inabot na ng P1,600. Wala pa pong nail polish yan. Sofas - P4,500 (3 seater sofa) sa Abad Santos (Free delivery kasi within Metro Manila lang yung nail salon namin) + paint + labor + konting cement + 2 three-sofa inabot na P15k, aircon P15+k din. Siguro mga P40 - P50k. Yung space ko po maliit lang sya.

Sa sweldo po, may monthly allowance tapos commission basis din.
