wow, this is my first time to visit this thread. Na-inspire naman ako sa mga nabasa ko. I'm 23 and NBSB. 1 year na ata 'yung book ni Bo Sanchez sa 'kin, "How to Find Your One True Love" sa akin but until now di makaya ng powers ko gawin yung mga advice niya.hahaha! I know kailangan ipag-pray kay God but we should do our part din. I believe I'm ready na naman to enter in a relationship and ma-meet "siya" pero baka nakapila pa lang ako sa list ni Bro. I'll meet "the one" in His time, so kelan kaya 'yun Lord? hahaha!

hi sis yummy_yan, NBSB din ako before i was 24 nung una ako nagkabf late bloomer kumbaga, pero di din kami nagtagal since pareho kami busy sa work i hadonly 2 short relationship and now im 30 na and still single kaya wag ka malungkot dka nag iisa basta trust lang [textspeak!] na ibibigay ni God di nga lang natin alam kung kelan basta ako dipa din ako nawawalan ng pag asa though sometimes parang gusto ko na mag give up ehhehe,

Me I'm praying na maging ready na samin ang daddy ni baby ko.. I know God will give it to us ni baby!We are just praying for complete and happy family life. 2months nalang lalabas na si baby.. kaya I know malapit na ang paghihintay ko, just have faith with Him!

sis yummy_yan and sis sweetubeng yes, wag mawalan ng pag-asa..I also found the right partner your age through prayers. Nakikipag-bargain pa ako ke Lord while praying hehe. may mga qualities akong hiningi..binigay nya din sa akin at higit pa!!! akala ko matatagalan pa eh dream ko na bata pa ako to have my own family agad in my 20's para ma-enjoy ko kids ko. Pero dati nagkaka-bf din ako pero I can feel it is not the right guy yet. di nagtatagal kasi mapi-feel mo yun eh. Pero one day, in an unexpected time and day dun mo pala ma-mi-meet ang para sayo. bigla na lang dumating. And I'm happily married now with one kid and soon to have another baby.

i belong to a small group of ladies. we meet every week for bible study and chika. most of them are still single and they are in their late 30s. yes, i feel the loneliness sometimes when we talk and we always pray for them to find the man that God has prepapred for them. my boyfriend naman also meets with this group of guys. there's a guy there, early 40s (but he looks about 30) and single. every week yan din ang prayer nila for him na mahanap na nya ang girl na bigay ni Lord sa kanya.

naiisip ko, for every girl who prays for a partner, there is also a good man praying for his. God is faithful to His promise. We just have to have faith.

^sis, i noticed lang sa VCF ang daming boys and girls who are in their 30's na and still very much single.  In fairness ha, most of them are goodlooking, ok pa ang background at profile.    ganyan din sinasabi nila, they're praying for their future life partner.  sa totoo lang ang daming good catch na di mo aakalain na single pa kahit na medyo old na sila.

^korek ka diyan sis. yung friend ko nag attend sa CCF's single's meet last june. grabe, dami daw goodlooking single men-- mga mid and late 20's, has good job din. sayang hindi ako naka attend.
for sure, pineprepare pa tayo ni Lord and yung future partner natin. malalaman nalang natin na siya na ang god's best pag narealize nating he's worth the long wait.
may naging relationships kasi ako, umabot lang ng weeks.. yung traits kasi nila, hindi worth the long wait, hehe.
pansin ko lang, yung mga natatagalan makahanap ng lifetime partner tapos pinagpepray yung lovelife, super satisfied sila sa napapangasawa o kaya higit pa sa ineexpect nila. 
pag tinatanong nga ako kung may boyfriend na ko, i tell them smilingly, "pending pa eh, baka nasa ibang babae pa."

^^^ yes, sa vcf ako naga-attend. maraming single dun, both boys and girls. alam ko naghihintay sila lahat because they dont settle for anything just because they are impatient. it's really important to have that kind of inner strength. marami akong natutunan sa mga single friends ko.

andito na naman ako, hehe. remember yung pinagpepray ko kay God (as i stated on the first page)? my first love and i were able to talk few days ago, we both still love each other but we can't get back together yet due to my commitments at work. we also went out together as friends, no physical contact, we just ate lunch.

yesterday was the 9th day for my novena to st.jude (asking him to let my first love initiate the reconciliation). sa nangyayari sa min ngayon, im asking myself kung ginagrant na ba ni Lord yung prayer ko o masyado lang akong assumptive. medyo naguguluhan pa ko kung bakit "in denial" pa rin ako na magkakabalikan kami.. siguro im just afraid of commitment, takot masaktan, or maybe im afraid na iaanswer nga ni Lord yung wish ko pero in the end, hindi pa rin pala kami.. hayy.. im having cold feet.

do you think God is somehow answering my prayer now??  if you're in my situation, how will you deal with this?
