I had a friend na tinarayan niya yung nagsabi sa kanya na matanda na daw siya at natawa ako deep inside kasi ang feeling siguro niya na bata pa siya. For me, hindi ako maooffend coz everybody gets old.

Well, if people will say that I look older than my age. I was born with an ugly skin type, that's why. But good thing people did not call me "tita" haha. ((:

Hmmm... pag mga teenagers and people who are actually younger than me tell me I'm old, then fine, totoo naman, I'm older relative to them.

pero kung mas matanda pa sakin tapos mas youthful looking pa ako, mahiya naman sa balat nila hahahah. syempre maiinis ako.

hindi naman,nung nasa isang telco pa ako maliban sa manager namin pangatlo ako sa pinakamatanda daw. tawag halos ng lahat ate, yong isang kasama ko na mas matanda pa sakin ng ilang taon "tanda" tawag sakin. e nasa 30 lang ako nun..pero ok lang naman, age is just a number naman daw e..so i dont care..

No hindi naman. Siguro it adds na my workplace is more of pang-matanda na work, hihi so people kind of reacts as if im too young to be at that line of work

Hindi ako nagagalit pero kapag merong nagbibiro sa akin, sinasakyan ko na lang, katuwaan lang.. kunyari naiinis ako.. ayoko naman kasi na mapahiya yung hehe!

sa team kasi namin sa work, ako talaga ang pinakamatanda. kaya kapag nagkakabiruan sa edad sa akin talaga lagi ang patama. pero ang sagot ko lang, "kelangan talaga ipangalandakan na ako pinakamatanda?" o kaya naman, "sa edad, ako pinakamatanda. eh sa hitsura, ako naman pinakabata."

In fairness, I haven't encountered someone who commented na matanda na ako...maybe because I don't look that old. hihi Or kahit naman na sabihin nila na matanda ako, ok lang... that's reality naman eh. Wag lang siguro na sabihin nila na mukha akong 50 na 30 pa lang ako... :p

No, coz it's true. And for me, what's impt is that i don't look my age. After all, age ain't nothin but a number.

I met up with my tatt artist with some of my high school buddies. When my tatt artist asked me ilang taon na ako, and I told her my age, nagalit sa akin yung isang friend ko for telling my real age. Pati daw age nya mabubuko kasi alam daw nung tatt artist ko na high school friend ko sya. Natawa na lang ako kasi kung tutuusin, we're only in our 30's and hindi naman big deal yun dun sa tatt artist ko.

Sa last office job ko, they all thought I was in my early 20's nung bago pa lang ako. No one believed I was already 27 at that time (that was 2011). Then habang tumatagal ako dun sa company, I started looking my age na daw and this one girl thought I was in my mid-30's. Then I left the company last year and everytime I visit that office, I get asked why I'm blooming and that I look younger na than when I was still working there. Isa lang sagot ko - "nag-resign ako dito". Stress really makes look people people look older than their age. Yun lang ang na-prove ko. Dun lang ako sa mid-30's medyo na-offend kasi naman mas mukha pa syang matanda sakin eh 21 lang sya. Haha! Other than that, wala na.

...so recently I showed this young woman a pic of my wife and 13-year old son. Expectedly, she said my wife is so young!  I said we're both 43, and she couldn't believe it. Then humirit pa by saying she was hoping I have a son in college already as she was looking for a BF like me. Sumakit tuloy balakang ko, haha!

agree din with sis sugardrop on how stress can affect the way we look. i was in a stressful project before, yung tipong no more time to visit the salon, or spa, even my family time got affected. it did take a toll not only on my looks (acne breakout galore!) but even on my health na. it was good that i only stayed a few months in that project. baka kung nagtagal, baka mukha na akong 60 years old ngayon (kahit nasa 30's pa lang ako).  haha!

Kapag tinatanong nila ano age ko, actually pinapatanda ko.. Sinasabi ko most of the time "matanda na ako, 30 na" tapos sasabihin nila hindi halata.. 

Well pag sasabihan ako matanda na ako, hindi ako magagalit of course..

I'm turning 32 but almost all the people I meet think I'm much younger than that

I'm the one who always comments that I'm getting older and such pero honestly, I have no ill feelings towards it because I like to believe I'm aging gracefully

not at all... most of the time naman ang sinasabi i don't look my age but am aware naman i won't pass either  as a twenty something so okay lang.
