Question:

Bakit merong mga sobrang mapipilit na i-recruit ka sa business nila even if you said no already?

Baka bago pa lang siya.

Sabihin mo lang, "Dear, I know you're really excited and do believe
in what you are doing. Me on the other hand, appreciate your
interest in having me as your business partner, pero the truth is
____(your reason for not joining)__
You'll still be my friend but please refrain from inviting me again
because I've made my decision.
I wish you well in your business."

I don't think SWA is a legitimate MLM.

According to our laws, dapat 70% of what you pay
for is tangible products.

Ebooks are not tangible products.

Plus, if you search around, shady ang pagkakatayo
ng SWA.

Who is the owner?
Why is the owner Filipino, and why register offshore?

Handa na sila later on na pag magkahulihan,
makakatakbo yung mga owners.

In our company, we are given our own replicated website. The products are there that when people order (they can pay through credit card) it'll be shipped via LBC 24-48 hrs all over the Philippines and soon worldwide. The company is already 10 years and it's proper and legit. Kaya super less hassle and the business is easy. :)

Share ko lang experience ko with networking.

My bf and I decided to join this certain networking company a year ago. Wala sana kaming balak sumali pero the person who invited us volunteered to lend us 16k para makasali kami. So eto na, we were so excited kasi we thought na we will be successful in this type of business. Syempre sa networking, when they invite you, grabe excitement level nila.

So ayun na. Invite dito, invite doon. Countless hours in a day ang naaksaya dito sa invite invite pero at the end of the day, wala ka ring mapapasali.

Why?

Almost 80k din ang pinautang namin just to get that bonus.

Where did we get the 80k? Sangla dito, sangla doon.
YES.
May nagbayad ba sa mga pinautang namin? WALA.
Bakit? Kasi lahat sila NAGQUIT.

Since nagquit sila, kailangan na naman magrecruit and this time, we decided na wag na magpautang kasi wala na rin naman kaming ipapautang. Lol.

For the past 9-10 months, all we did was to INVITE and PRESENT. Imagine ha, gaano ba katagal ang presentation ng products and marketing? Usually it would take 3-4 hours tapos usual location is Starbucks pa. My bf and I would usually leave the house at 3pm and go home at around 5am.

Yes, marami kaming narerecruit. Pero hindi lahat yon tumatagal. Usually after a month or so nagququit din sila.

BF and I got frustrated na kasi nababaon na kami sa utang and lahat na ata ng pwede isangla naisangla na namin. Bakit nga ba kami nagsasangla? For what?
Etong company kasi na to, may autoship, which would require you to purchase 7k worth of products monthly para hindi madeactivate ang account mo.

Nabebenta naman namin yung products. Actually madali siya ibenta kasi maganda yung products, e. Proven effective :) Pero bakit kami nalulugi? Kasi ginagamit din namin 40% of the products.
Just this July, I computed all sales and lahat ng naconsume kong products. Here are the figures:
SALES: 60k
OWN CONSUMPTION: almost 30K

Nag-earn din naman kami dito. 13-15k lang siguro yung total earnings namin. Hehe. Oh well.

Just this August, we decided to QUIT kasi wala na rin nangyayari, e. Imagine ha, aside from autoship, may isa pa kaming gastos na iisipin, yung daily allowance. Sa work, 8 hours dapat daily. Sa work, stable ang income. Sa networking, hindi. Ang pinagkapareho lang nila, parehong nakakapagod.

We know na it's also our fault kung bakit kami nalubog sa utang. We also know na may mali sa ginagawa namin kaya di kami kumikita. At least marami kaming natutunan from this experience :)

I'm not saying na panget ang networking. Marami talagang kumikita diyan, promise. Pero yun yung mga nauna pa. And mas marami ang hindi kumikita.
Few tips:
1. Kapag napresentan ka, PAG-ISIPAN MO NG MABUTI KUNG SASALI KA. Syempre nakakabilib yung mga sinasabi nila at first pero kapanipaniwala ba?
3. Magbackground check ka sa company. Make sure na maganda talaga yung products na ibebenta mo and proven effective.
4. Wag na wag kang magpapautang sa mga irerecruit mo kasi walang assurance na babayaran nila yan (based on experience)

^ its actually not your fault,
Hindi kasi talaga advisable ang kahit anong
Autoship programs sa Phils, unless its very low.

And of course, hindi rin kayo masisi na hindi
Kagad marealize yun, kasi syempre everyone
Gets excited escpecially kung bago pa.

Network marketing takes time.

Ang first na dapat natutunan niyo from your
Uplines is paano maka break even.
(Checks + retail less Operating expenses)

Kung autoship yan at mataas ang maintenance,
Not very feasible.

The next thing is how to get your downlines
To at least break even. (Kung hahataw ha,
Kasi may iba nagreretail lang eh so, walang
Mga operatig expenses masyado mag nagreretail)

Im saying is yung mga network builders.

Sa mga marunong na mag networking, the first
Question to answer is can you have a steady
Retail and consumption base.

Pag exaj ang prices, better think 2x, even 5x.

Kasi hindi lahat napapamaintain mi ng products
Month in and month out.

If makakakuha ng consumption base ang products,
Saka na tayo titingin sa marketing plan and how
To earn through the network.

I feel for people na para bang nagamit lang ng
Mga uplines.

Im not saying na that was your case, pero marami
Sa mga matataas ang maintenance, nakaka attract
Ng mga predatory uplines.

^Siguro nga it depends on how the uplines handle their downlines. Some naman, kapag tumagal, they treat their downlines as "slaves". Like utos dito utos don. Masyado nilang sinasamantala yung pagiging upline nila which is really wrong.

Pero I have encountered naman a lot of uplines din na mabait. Yung talagang tuturuan ka kumita and tutulungan ka to produce income. Sometimes nga they even volunteer na magpresent sa guests mo e.

It depends lang talaga on how your group/upline teaches you the right system. Dapat mag-isip kami ng mas practical and stable way to earn money  :)

@chichi143Kami rin. Masyadong mabigat ang 7k monthly. The products are good naman pero a bit overpriced. :( Kaya di lahat afford.

Maganda naman products from networking companies. I use products from Royale and Uno kahit di ako member. Yun nga lang, medyo pricey. hehe.

Sa ngayon suggest ko lang, however bad it may feel, or however
deep the damage it brought to you...

If I were in your shoes, I will still take it as a blessing.
May big lessons kasi whatever happens to us.

Personally, marami ring malalaking challenges nangyari sa min,
but today, I'm really very thankful na nangyari sa min lahat ng yun,

kasi whether we knew it before or not, it made us better people,
at least this is how we feel,

and sa tingin ko naman very true, since we feel so much more
unstoppable than we were before.

I dont believe its possible to raise good children if you spoil
them. You should let them feel the pain and the consequences
of their actions from time to time.

Ganun din siguro tayo as we are all children and we learn several
lessons in life.

Everything happens for a reason, I now believe.

It depends lang talaga on how your group/upline teaches you the right system. Dapat mag-isip kami ng mas practical and stable way to earn money  :)

BF and I have no regrets naman in joining kasi we learned a lot about business and money. With regards to our baby (4 months pa lang siya), we really need to look for a stable source of income to provide for her kasi mahirap umasa sa parents. Anyway, we are thinking din of starting our oiwn business soon. :) Thanks to the company who widened our knowledge regarding putting up your own business.

Siguro hindi na muna kami magnenetworking. Tama na yung nawala sa amin. And baka di rin talaga kami for networking :)

^I think I feel you guys.

Hello. I'm also a member of a network marketing company.

If you are about to join a MLM company choose the person who will sponsor you with a leadership and system in place.

Network Marketing is a business not a job.  It means that you must have skills, knowledge and training in running a business.

Here the skills you need:
1.  Leadership
2.  Marketing
3.  Selling
4.  Personal development

Mapagaaralan mo naman yan kaya ang payo ko choose the right person who will sponsor you in MLM business.
