I'm saddened by a lot of the posts here...

So I have to write this...

---How To Wisely Choose A Profitable MLM/Direct Selling Company---
(please bookmark, press CTRL-B, and save this page so you can read this again)

Yes, true, maraming mapapajoin sa MLM and even direct selling sa hype, sa excitement, and I truly believe that dapat meron niyan.

Traditional companies have proven that without excitement, a business will just go down.

Example, what market are the products in?

Good markets are health, every day, maraming nagiging older and older, and need to stay fit.

In fact ang health market kahit down ang economy, increase pa rin ng increase.

Weight loss, that's a very good market to be in if you're in the US. Sa Philippines, so, so, pero still profitable.

Vanity, yan number one sa pinoy, mga mahihilig pumorma kahit walang pera, basta makaporma.

Technology - good but with caution. Software malakas mamirata sa pinas, kaya kahit anong ganda ng product, may kayang manggaya.

Why I say good is that the tech products should be able to marketed abroad.

Another thing to consider is pricing.

May isang company from USA, na lumakas one-time, then humina ulet.

Bakit? Ang mamahal ng mga products. Need mong bumili ng 6000+ worth of products each month.

Hello?????

Here's the thing, ok lang kung mahal, basta't kayang ijustify.

(275/bottle yung leading brand, kaya sila dito nagjojoin :) )

What I mean is, dapat kayang i-justify ang price.

Another thing is, marketing.

Fair ba at hindi exaggerated ang income?

May company akong nakita, 5988 ang membership, 1,300 ang pair.

Profitable yes. Sustainable? Hard NO.

Sa binary, ang pairing should be about 15% dun nung products na nabili.

"There's a sucker born each day."

Well good news, nabasa mo to, so you are armed with a little information.

Why 1-Sim-Load-All companies cannot work:

(Oh a lot of you probably heard of the lawsuits of one company before it changed it's name, and "management", although they're the same people)

1. For this to work, your transactions will have to go through 3 traffic-prone sets:
--> You text the command so it first has to pass through the network (sun/globe/smart)
--> Once received, your command has to be processed by their servers
--> Once parsed (processed), the command has to be relayed back to the appropriate network.

Note that loading direct will also be lagged.

Multiply that lag time by at least 3... and this is very conservative... because...

The servers are the main lagging step in this process.

(retailer for 299?

- you have to text a command to acess no. ni load central
-since binabagsakan na sya ng load ng mga networks kasi one of the biggest cartels na rin sya dito kaya once na nareceive ni load central ang request
- isesend nya na ang load sa bumibili

Isa rin sa ways kung saan kami kumikita sa 1 sim load to all is yung mga retailers. Per registration is 200 pesos which is pwede na silang magtinda ng prepaid products (cp load, internet, landline, cable and even nga kuryente ngayon pwede ng maging prepaid).

No work, then earn.

Pay some, to make more people invest.

Ponzi scheme.

Thank you for the input and I am glad I am one of the person na nakakuha. and ang nakuha kong pera na ibalik..

I left my job a couple of months ago after joining into a MLM company and eventually I considered it as an excellent move. Why? Because I was able to manage my time more effectively and efficiently. I focused on direct selling, studied the target market, researched about the products and within just four weeks I am already earning twice the amount of my previous salary. Isn't that great?

My advise for those who are new into this kind of business: never lose hope and you will succeed.

From what I've read, Network Marketing is different from Networking.

Network Marketing
-Small start-up capital
-Product Sales = Commission
-Buying products is not a prerequisite for membership
-Main focus: Retailing and wholesaling of products

Networking/Pyramiding
-Huge start-up capital
-Membership fees = Commission
-Buying products is a prerequisite for membership
-Main focus: Recruitment of new members/investors

Hi ladies. I thought I'd join the thread kasi manghihihngi sana ako ng advise.

I have recently decided to quit my job. I'm getting married this November.

Fast forward to finding this thread, bigla ako nabuhayan ng loob.

and then one time i was searching for a profitable business, lumabas itong ups-GPRS. so i searched about it, everything, kasi looks promising. nabasa ko yan pati yung bitag issues, etc. at sa kkasearch ko, nasearch ko rin na dinemanda ng gprs ang bitag for false accusation, at itong isa sa mga tulfo, he franchise or become a member of gprs. o diba! anyway, ayon na enganyo ako, sumali ako, and this business really exist. you dont have to recruit or kung ano ano na kinaayawan ng iba sa atin kasi the business and system itself eh kikita ka na. at yung mga system nila eh kasama sa pang araw araw ng buhay natin kaya hindi ka malulugi. and para sa iba na nagtatanong kapag may fee, yes. kasi makiki partner ka sakanila eh, kung baga parang sa franchising (they also have this pero big money) bibilin mo yung system nila for you to use. normal lang naman yun diba? like regular business, may capital or investment ka para may maitayo ka. and sa profit, nasayo how  you will work for it to earn. that's how business goes naman talaga diba? kaya im happy i joined and believe. im earning without going to work 7-5 tapos maliit pa sahod. hehe.

second kwento.
one evening, we have a meeting with tshirts suppliers (ito yung sa election na naging usapan din) isa sa ka-meeting namin whom i only met that night is one of the relatives ng napangasawa nung mismong may ari ng FERN-C at nagulat ako kasi I am a FERN-C user noon pa,I also showed to her na i have it in my bag. natuwa sya. pero mas natuwa ako, kasi kilala ko ang FERN-C and im a user at marami rin ako kilala na gumagamit nito. so ako mismo ang lumapit sakaniya and asked for an opportunity on how to. sabi ko i wanted to become a distributor of areas at kung ano pa. tamang tama, they are now launching FERN international (btw hindi lang Vitamin C ang product nila, may FERNslim,FERncoffee etc). bale, i-eexport na sa iba't ibang bansa yung products. so they are looking for distributors abroad, pero syempre hindi mawawala yung dito sa pinas kasama parin. kaya ayon lalo ako nagka interest kasi mas malaki ang kita, mas malaki ang hawak, tapos well earn dollars pa (if, you or your team, or your downlines has an account). gusto ko sya kasi pwede ko ibenta lang yung products itself, which is already profitable, pwede ako maging distributor dito sa pinas, at pwede rin ako or may connection ako to become an international distributor. kaya talaga sumali ako habang maaga pa kasi nasa taas ako. btw, grand launching sa SMX moa.

that's my story. kung tatanungin mo ako at aayain mo ako sumali sa networking na papahabain lang natin yung listahan ng pangalan na kasali at kung pabibilihin mo ako ng product na hindi ko magagamit at di ko kilala, hindi parin. pero kung bibigyan mo ako ng totoong business, something to sell or service to do (bonus nalang ang referral fees) pwede natin pag-usapan.
:)

Here's my story,

I have a friend who joined this MLM company, nun college ako nagka pimples ako so pina try niya yun soap sakin to my surprise ayun nawala yun pimples ko pati dark spots sa murang soap effective siya. Then I stop tapos pimples ulit balik ulit ako sa soap niya haha eventually inalok niya ko pati bf ko now hubby ko na last 2 years ago to do the business.

Kinasal siya last june dun ako nagising shocks yun asawa niya top1 in 6 years nag sipag now earns 1M a month and their wedding is so posh!

And Now I can say I made a right decision why? Company is just 7 years at meron ng sariling building take note hindi nag rerent kung saan man. hectarya na lupain at 5 floors na building sa qave lang naman ang meron ang company. Why? Saka Filipino Owned company to worldclass db? Why?

So for me MLM works.

I never really bought it kasi first I'm not interested with the product.

Ang problema ko kasi, like when I was invited to do NuSkin, I had acne scars problem so if I sell it to others, others would not buy it kasi -- come on, ako nga di nga flawless. hahaha!

But right now, I found a product that I could really be proud to boast and sell kasi I've experienced it by buying it. This product naman din is what everybody loves: TRAVEL. :)

I mean come on, lahat naman loves holiday vacation and selling it through experience makes it so easy to sell! :)

Let me know if you want to hear more! :)

Hays, Networking. At long last Ive found this one.

I thought I would be interviewed for a legitimate part time job. Ayon I wasted 1 hour of my time para makinig sa kanila. And it's true mapilit sila, 3 yata sila na kumuyog sa akin. Pero I was firm na I was not interested tapos ang dami nila litanya. Tapos so former officemate sabi na naman gamitin ko na lang daw credit card and in month bawi ko daw!

And up to now sige pa ang text and PM sa akin sa Facebook. Ang akin, kung kumukita ka ng malaki and you have a good life, then congrats! Pero if someone says no just leave them alone!

I joined usana 2 weeks ago even if i was having doubts about the business plan, since you needed to shell out a huge wad of cash. But, i really wanted to try the weightloss program and supplements, so i joined. 6 days after starting the program, i lost almost 3 kg without having any adverse effects. I was able to start at least 3 chubby girls to lose weight for their health. There are interested female hospital employees who might purchase the products because they have seen the effect on me. Plus, i realized that i would get a chance to meet new people through this experience. The lesson? Well, there are a couple. First, usana has a legitimate business plan. You don't work, you don't earn. So, you better start working by first knowing what your product is. The problem with people who are already in usana is that they are focusing more on the recruting aspect, and neglecting to highlight the beauty of the products. Yes, they are pricey, but useful. Which brings me to my second point: usana products are not for everyone, so determine if you will have a market before you enter the business. Think of it this way: usana supplements are like gucci bags. They are both quality products, and only a certain percentage of consumers can afford them. No need to persecute the company just because the products are expensive. Just don't buy them, but stop saying they are the Devil's products. Lastly, i find that investing that amount of money into a company promoting (overpriced?) Health products are a whole lot better than putting small amounts into companies that are slowly killing you. Your meals bought at Mcdo, Jollibee, Wendys, etc may cost less than 100, but have you ever considered what damage they are doing to your body? Anyway, this is just my opinion. I hope it helps a little in sorting your thoughts about mlm/networking/usana. Good night!

Kasi ganun talaga ang turo sa kanila. In front of me sinabi ng 'Director' kuno na wag daw sasabihin na MLM kasi yong iba turned off agad once narinig yon.

not for everyone talaga ang MLM
