Mga sis paano makita kung gaano na kadami contributions? Can this be viewed narin sa website just like SSS or need to visit a branch? Thank you

^ Visit a Philhealth branch sis. Ask for a printout.

If you are employed, your employer can also provide a copy of contributions which they had remitted to Philhealth. But that list is limited to your employer's contributions only and does not include any contributions prior to that employment.

But, I am curious: Why do you need such?

Question lang mga sis regarding Sponsored Philhealth members. Accdg to their website, if you've already remitted 120 contributions and reached 60 yata, sponsored member ka na. Is that 120 total contri or dapat tuloy-tuloy na 10years naghulog? TIA!

^^tama sis, may alam ako employer and agency na hindi nireremit sa philhealth ang bayad. tsk tsk!

^ tried registering on the site but hindi naman macomplete complete.. upon submitting wala na nangyayari..meron na ba naka register successfully?

Hi mga sis is it possible to apply for Philhealth (as part of pre-employment requirements--it's on the checklist together with Philhealth's online registration website) when I am not officially hired yet? If yes, how? Mandatory field yung Member category eh. Baka naman hindi dapat.

^ They would only give you a Philhealth number pag may contribution ka na sis. My brother paid for his first quarterly contri bago sya nabigyan ng number and that was earlier this year lang. Baka ganun din gagawin mo

Question lang po, naging member ako ng philhealth few years ago at di ko na naipagpatuloy coz I went abroad. Gusto ko sana ipagpatuloy, pano po ba? Btw, di po ako employed right now.

Update mo lang ang membership mo sis from employed to voluntary. Go to the nearest Philhealth office to fill out a form and then you can pay your contributions na rin dun.

Ok na pala mga sis. First time ko mag register via online, the next day nakareceive ako ng MDR via e-mail voluntary muna ginawa ko membership update na lang pag hired na ako officially.

Reviving this thread.

I recently found out na hindi nakareflect ang contributions ko sa Philhealth. Paano ko malalaman if nagremit sa philhealth ang employer ko? I've been with the same company for about 5 years, and kakaresign ko lang a few months ago. Based sa online account ko kasi wala akong contribution na nakareflect from 2013 onwards, although regular naman ang deduction sa payslip. I already visited philhealth and nung humingi ako ng copy ng contributions, same lang din binigay nila saken, wala din yung 2013 onwards.

I also have discrepancies sa contributions nung nasa 2 employers ko dati, kasama itong present employer ko. I informed my current employer of the discrepancies and meron naman daw na-remit kay Philhealth..kaya they will go to Philhealth and show them the deposits para ma update

same din sinabi sakin ng previous employer nung 2010, they will show Philhealth the deposit to have it updated. yung isang employer ko way back 2009 hindi pa sumasagot.

^thanks sis. ang hassle naman. so possible talaga na hindi lang nakareflect sa philhealth pero may remittance, tama ba? kasi nagvoluntary payment ako for Q1 of 2016, after ko magbayad nakareflect agad online. although knowing my employer, parang impossible naman na hindi sila magremit. well mukhang kelangan ko talaga pumunta to verify.
