you can request another one naman sis.. pero pwede namang wag mo ng problemahin what's important is updated yung contribution mo at MDR.. yon naman kasi yong hinahanap sa hospitals

if you can, suggest you get the umid card from sss, laking tulong rin yan. Your SSS, pag-ibig, phil health all in one card, and i think its serves as atm as well.

Sis member ka pa din naman ng philhealth yun nga lang di mo na talaga pwede bayaran yung namiss mong quarter, so ang pwede mo na lang po bayaran yung present quarter na Jan-mar 2014

Where can I get my MDR sis? I registered online kasi and paid my contributions for the 1st quarter right after kong mareceive yung PIN ko.

Thank you! Hindi pa available yung Philhealth card dito sa amin. Around March pa daw so I'm planning to get the UMID instead

Hi mga sis, help naman please. Di ko sure if tama yun pagkakaintindi ko. Sana may magreply.

9 years akong nagcontribute sa Philhealth nung employed pa ako. Last August 2014, I resigned to be a housewife, since then di pa ako nagresume ng payment ko. My husband is a Philhealth member pero hindi pa nya ako nareregister as a dependent.

If I get preggy and maging due on September of this year, pwede pa bang habulin ang pagvoluntary member sa Philhealth para makaavail ng benefits? parang pasok pa naman since ang nabasa ko sa website nila

Or since pwede naman ako ideclare as dependent ni hubby, i let go ko na ang nabayaran ko sa philhealth dati?

pwede ka naman sis na magpadeclare as dependent sa hubby mo yung nga lang papadeactivate mo muna yung no. mo then kung magkawork ka man ulit pwede mong paactivate yung no. mo..

hello po. Ask lang, I was employed 7 years ago ng isang company and I have about 1 year contribution. When I started working at home a couple of years back, nag voluntary payment ako. nagbayad ako thru SM malls. When I went to Philhealth to get my MDR, hinihingi sa akin mga receipt ko from Sm dahil wala daw nag rereflect sa system nila.

Anyway, nag start ako ulit mag bayad last year till december and magbabayad na sana ako ulit for the whole year, pag nagbayad ba ako ulit sa SM hindi ba automatic mag reflect yun sa system ng philhealth?

question mga sis, ok lang bang gamitin yong Philhealth ID ko nung single pa? dis coming sept kasi manganganak na 'ko at di pa 'ko nakakuha ng new ID as married na. tia

yes. same amount lang whether dependent ka or ikaw mismo yung principal member.

Isa po kasi sa requirements na binigay sa akin ng hr is pagkuha ng philhealth# pati narin pagibig#.
Hindi pa po ako nakakapirma ng JO and kung papalarin first time work ko ito.
Help naman po pano ako makakakuha ng philhealth #? Pwede po ba pumunta ako sa office nila? Near branch ng philhealth samen is yung sa monumento. Malapit din sa monumento yung pagibig. Please help po mga sis!! wala ako kaalam alam dito

^yes sis, punta ka sa office ng philhealth. dyan din kami dati ni hubby pumunta, monumento branch. ako naman nagpa update ng surname that time. pag maaga sis konti lang ang tao and yup, dun din sa pag ibig office pwede ka pumunta.
