im just curious coz most of the time we hear people say na taking too much supplements/vitamins can damage organs..so whats your take on lets say centrum or alive na there are a lot of vitamins only it is in one tablet only, how does that differ from actually taking these tablets orally and separately? (except for the dosage)

^sis what i kn0w is that, as long as you are not acidic ok lang magtake ng generic vit C.

Pero kung acidic ka like me, Fern-C ang recommended ng doctors for vit C instead of generic

^ kapag kumakain ka ng sour foods, madaling mangasim or sumakit sikmura mo. kadalasan it's a sign na acidic ka. but with me, i got ulcer pa nga pero i take the regular vitamin c from rhea. di naman nangangasim sikmura ko. i also take yun b-complex nila and calactate. add on na lang yun myra-e 400 I.U and 5 c-lium caps every meal.

ask ko lang, tuwing kelan ba much better inumin ang vitamins? sa morning, afternoon or night?

Hi! i am a regular user of Alive! and whats good about the product is that 100% naturals sya. even the capsule itself or yung pinaka covering nya is made from vegetables. So safe talaga sya. Alive is a very potent anti-oxidant. So for maintenance 1 caps a day lang ako. I dont need to have seperate supplement for eyes, bones or to boost my immune system, kasi with alive, you basically get all what your body needs.

Madami, pero lahat yan approved ng doctor ko, who happens to be my BF  ;D

Morning : L-Carnitine, Psyllium Husk tablet, Calcium Ascorbate (a non-acidic vitamin c which is better than sodium ascorbate).

Afternoon: L-Carnitine, Coenzyme Q-10.

Evening: Natural Vitamin E, Resveratrol.

Hi! I'm taking Conzace right now for about 3days na (2days straight then I skipped one day then ngayon na lang ako ulit uminom). Sumasakit ata ulo ko dito. I dunno but lagi akong antok na antok but I can't sleep naman if nakahiga na ko. Tapos feeling ko I'm going to throw up. Is it only me or did anyone experienced this with Conzace?

^^

Ganun talaga when you initially take Conzace, you'll experience mild headache.  When do you usually take it?

You know Vigor-Ace? May konting dagdag lang na vits, selenium, Lecithin.  Mas mahal siya ng konti.  Correct me if I'm wrong.

Try mo if magkakaroon ka ng headache dyan, as an alternative for your Conzace.
HTH ;D

I see,, I usually take it sa morning kasabay na ng ibang vitamins: Vit C, B-complex and Calcium Lactate. Heavy pala talaga ang feeling with Conzace. Buti na lang I'm a SAHM. Haven't heard of Vigor-Ace but will definitely try it as an alternative. Thank's for the reply sis! Will give feedback regarding Vigor-Ace as soon as I take it na. :)
