i love pork sinigang in sampaloc! its my fave!
liempo part na super tender na parang jelly na ang consistency. i like it with gabi,mas masarap.. more okra and kangkong.
then patis with sili dipping sauce. YUM!

hmmm, sarap naman ng pork sinigang... i'll cook this tomorrow for lunch.. with puso ng saging... mas maganda ang sabaw, maputi lalo... and i'll use yong hugas bigas para sa sabaw nya...nagutom tuloy ako!

sinigang na bangus, esp bangus belly. tapos sawsawan patis na maraming sili! grrrr. yung baby ko favorite din to, and sinigang na hipon.

di ko naman gusto yung sinigang sa bayabas. argh!

last friday we had sinigang na tuna at home... i like pork/beef/ shrimp better than fish in sinigang but the fish is so fresh, it just tasted perfect!
