Hi, im new here. I bought 2 chow chow last week, male and female (kirby&kasey). Super cute nla and mag 3 months plng cla. (ndi cla magkapatid). Napansin ko [textspeak!] matapang si kasey, lagi nyang sinasaktan c kirby. at nkkaawa. Mdalas cla naghaharutan, at madalas din na pag pinapakan ko cla nilalaro nla [textspeak!] kamay ko at halos kagatin na. Pag pina poops ko nman sila sinusundan nila paa ko at kinakagat. ano ba pwede ko gawin sa kanila? Para siguro sa kanila laro lang, pero ayoko sila masanay. Buti pa kau ndi ganun chow nyo.

Pareha sila ngaun may sipon.

sis walk them first before  you feed them, that's a must, make sure din na pag feeding time di sila hyper, example is make them sit down stay lang dapat sila, kung sino ang mas behave siya unang pakainin mo, don't let them dominate you, respect is the key for being a leader. Pag masyado na nagkakasakitan touch mo yun neck or bandang tummy area nila with tsch sounds wag kang sisigaw pag sisitahin mo sila, try to watch Cesar Milan sis.

Thanks for your reply chirochan and maricar14.  ngayon mjo sumusunod na c kasey skin. ano ba pinapakian nyo sa chow nyo? Skin kc beef pro. Gusto ko sana palitan, kc ndi ko gsto amoy ng poops nla.  and [textspeak!] amoy ng bibig nila. hehe

Ask ko rin pala kung mainagay ba [textspeak!] chow nyo pag gabi? C kasey gabi-gabi nlng. Ndi tulad ni kirby. Si kirby madali ko cya ma-gets kung gsto nya mag poop pero c kasey ndi ko cya minsan maintindihan dahil parepareha lang [textspeak!] mga signs nya, i mean lagi na kasi cya umiiyak/maingay kya ndi ko cya magets kung mag poops ba cya o gsto lang nya lumabas sa crates nya.

both are girls... cream and black.   gusto ko nga wag na ibenta kasi super cute kaso di ko naman sila kaya pakainin lahat...im seling 2 out of her 4 pups.

question: may kapitbahay friend k na may 2 chow chow and blue tongued [textspeak!] isa.. may napadpad na askal malapit sa grill ng gate nila.hinila nilang 2 paloob and they ripped the poor dog apart. may pusang nagkamaling pumasok...kinain nila.. are they really this violent???

Lahat ng aso because they are territorial pag may dumaan na aso tatahol sila sign na yun na dapat umalis na sila sa territory nila kaso makulit yata yan tuloy. Pure chows have blue tongues walang red tongue. Same for thr cat lahat din yan may pangamoy

She is 9 months old pero yung tongue nya hindi pa buo yung pagka blue.

^ di ko makita yun pics sis. But me yun mga nabbreed kong chows some of them hindi pure blue yun dila but okay lang yun parang birthmark nila  yun e. Some of them pa di nakatayo yun tenga it takes 8 months sa ibang chows para tumayo ang tenga

Swerte lang siguro namin kasi we got a chow chow na quiet lang.  Hindi mahilig tumahol kaya he stays in our room para airconditioned.

Nung una, he would dominate us siguro naguguluhan sa dami ng amo, hindi alam kung kanino susunod kaya hindi sumusunod.  Over time, natuto din sumunod.  5 to 6 months palang siguro siya ngayon and he can now sit, stand up, and shake hands.

im so excited i'll be getting my chow 2 weeks from now. We just visited her last weekend. Sabi kasi nung seller hindi pa pwede kuhanin. Im so excited. any tips mga sis sa first time chow owner?

We have chows, they're potty trained kaya they stay inside the house. and the bunso loves the fan, even if the AC is on, she still wants the fan. Super thick kasi coat nya, she's compact kasi. And they're sociable din kasi lagi winowalk since puppies sila.

I dont think there's such thing as bear type and lion type. If you buy a chow and the breeder says bear type or lion type to, I suggest you do a research muna kasi may breeder minsan na nagbebenta lang talaga ng puppy pero walang knowledge sa breed ng doggies. Unlike kapag yung breeder nasasagot questions nyo tapos may nakukuha pa kayong new infos, ibig sabihin may passion sya talaga sa doggies
