^@scruffs: You can actually set prices to be shown in Php.

When you go to Etsy, choose Craft Supplies & Tools > Patterns & Tutorials > Cross Stitch under Sewing & Needle Craft. These patterns are usually great if you're looking for modern or fun designs.

Mali pala ako about getting free patterns on Etsy. Pero mura lang patterns usually, around $5 or something. And they sometimes have promotions, like buy one, get one free. The free patterns I saw came from going to the shops' own websites. I got one or two free patterns from weelittlestitches (google for her website, not sure I can post links).

Just last week, I started with this hobby again. I got this unfinished project years ago so pilit ko syang tinatapos by alloting an hour everyday. Maliit lang sya but hopefully matapos ko before this month end so I can work on a new design.

Again, nakakalabo talaga ng mata. Haha

Hi mga sis, update lang ako. Nagpunta na kasi ako dun sa VC Trading sa Farmers sa Cubao. Eto mga current prices nila.

DMC - 15.50
Anchor - 12.50
Aida Cloth - 190 per yard (11 and 14 counts)
Available colors are black, white, cream, light blue, light pink - eto lang nakita ko medyo nagmamadali kasi kami nung nagpunta.
Yung original na Aida Cloth from DMC is 270 per yard.

Restarted my unfinished project 2 days ago hehe. Grabe, I started it ng 2006, kahiya haha! But promised myself I'll finish this kahit pa-konti konti everyday.

^ good to know there are others na may unfinished project din. Yung sa akin last time I worked on it was 2012. I think naubusan pa yata ako ng ilang threads na kelangan ko for that project. Hopefully, I can get back to it soon.

So 20 pesos na pala ang DMC thread ngayon?

Saan ba pwede bumili ng materials other than Cubao may alam pa kayo? Cavite ako eh layo. Okay lang din online store. Gusto ko na talaga mag stitch ulit.

^---sis, meron sa SM Bacoor. Threads (29.75), Aida clothes, needles (5pcs for 30pesos), a few patterns, but you can download and print those. Limited nga lang. Nasa 2nd floor sila ng dept store. Katabi ng mga damit ng babae. Yung bilihan dun ng mga buttons, laces, etc for wedding & gowns.

Next option ay sa MoA.

@chikit: Join the Pinoy Cross Stitch Enthusiasts group on FB. Just do a search for Cavite within the group. I remember a few members from Cavite who've advertised their cross stitch products there.
