I absolutely HATE Globe Broadband. Since Ondoy, we dont have internet connection...which is fine. Most of the day, we're not home and puwede naman pagtiisan na walang internet sa gabi and on weekends. When I called their CS, they said that their Technical team's commitment is to up their system in our area by Nov 8.

But to our surprise we received a bill yesterday for the Oct 2 - Nov 2 billing period. They're charging us the FULL amount!!! Imagine paying the full amount when you cant even use their service. When I called Globe, wala silang masagot. Such a crappy crappy company!

^sis, you demand na hindi kayo magbabayad dahil 1 month wala na kayong gamit sa connection. saka, kung di sila pumayag, feeling ko pwede mo gawan ng legal action (kahit threaten them lang) at kung talagang matigas, ipa-media mo na. hindi na maganda ang ginagawa ng globe these past few weeks. kami naman lagi delayed ang messages.

after comparing Globe Tattoo and Smart Bro prepaid services, i've decided that Globe is the better provider. i was able to use both types under the same conditions - location, load, laptop used - and was able to really see the edge that Globe has over Smart.

why Globe? at least it connects. sa Smart, pahirapan. and then nagchacharge na siya kahit wala pang nagloload na page! grrr. kabadtrip! total waste of money. sayang ginastos ng mom ko sa Smart Bro, she's now using my Globe Tattoo kit

^^yeah, sobrang nakakainis no sis tabularasa? it seems for me, kahit saan ako mapunta in Makati, Paranaque, and Manila, mabagal ang Smart Bro. mas mabilis pa rin ang Globe, and mas reliable.

^im from Makati, and Globe Tattoo is okay in the San Antonio area. may lugar daw around the Salcedo Village na medyo mahina.

nag-purchase na ako ng sun broadband. it's better that smart bro..

dati naman ok yung smart bro samin, wala ako reklamo. last week lang nagstart na nagbagal.

pag nagkaproblem ako sa sun, i'll try globe tattoo din. let's see kung alin sa 3 ang talagang ok sa place namin.

I'm from Valenzuela and best pa rin yung Smart Bro dito sa area namin and natest ko talaga coz I have Globe(sa husband ko) and Sun Broadband (free sa cell namin). Sa Smart Bro umaabot ng O.5mbps sa speedtest, sa Globe di madetect ayaw ngang mapasok pati website ng speedtest. Sun okay din 0.3mbps

mga sis, i have a question po...

i have new notebook from kuwait, lenovo ang tatak. when i tried to plug the smartbro prepaid stick, nag-oopen naman siya. the problem is, when im trying to install it, nag-na-"not responding" siya. i tried it several times hanggang mainis ako and tinigil ko na. my os is xp.

do you have any idea kung bakit po siya nangyayari? any posible solutions?

^ sis ganyan yung sa packard bell notebook ko, I later on found out na yung Kaspersky ko yung nagbablock why di magamit yung smart bro. I'm not sure if this will solve your problem coz vista os ko and it worked, try mo na lang.

Once you plug the smart bro, auto run mo sya para maginstall
