Smart Bro or Globe Broadband

sis mald1ta, oo nga honest siya, kaya lang offered niya ko ng me monthly payment, eh ayoko nun, lalo na me antennae, me gumagawa sa amin dito na kakabitan ka for a one time fee, walang monthly , illegal baga......makikisagap ka ng signal ng me signal, baka masagapan lang ako, huwag na lang....kaya I opted for usb....

Smartbro din. No complaints at all. Ni hindi pa kami nawalan ng connection ni minsan kahit nung bumabagyo bagyo. Unlike sa friends namin in the area na naka Globe, the last bagyo halos 1 week walang connection. And pansin ko lang ha, ambagal ng Globe connection nila compared to us

experience namin sa smartbro, nagkaroon ng time na disconnected. dami pa naman project. tawag na kami ng tawag sabi wait daw ng 24 hours. sabi namin tatawag na kami ng technician, sunday daw dadating, kung di pa namin finafollow up, hindi dadating! payo nga nung technician sa amin, mag DSL na lang daw kami. kasi honestly mabagal ang smartbro.

pero now, ok naman ang smart. wala ng problem saka nung bagyo, hindi nadisconnect

anyone here who's from mandaluyong/bulacan? [textspeak!] ba mas ok, smartbro or globe broadband?

i just bought globe tattoo last week since it was on sale.. hehe gusto ko lang din sya itry and mejo nababanas na din kasi ko sa connection ko using smartbro usb..

eon, ok naman sya mabilis sa 3G area kahit yung gprs nya.. tas natutuwa pa ko sa chura ng statistics.. hehe wala lang..

pero suggestions nga din ng mga globe agents na kung mahina 3G signal sa area nyo wag na lang magbuy ng mga USB broadbands.. mag DSL na lang daw or yung broadband wireless yung mei antenna.. hehe

from my own experience here in makati, i find globe broadband better (2 yrs) than smart bro (1.5 yrs).

though sa mga neighbors ko, naiinis sila sa globe kasi bumabagal daw connection pag umuulan, pero never ko naman naranasan yun (i'm online 12 hours a day) kahit 3 pa PC sa house.

ewan ko lang baka siguro iba linya namin dahil mas mataas na bandwidth ang kinuha namin.

kasi parang gusto mo magsubscribe dun sa plan P1295 landline plus internet nila eh..

always opt for wired connection if available.

as far as customer service is concerned i think globe is better than smart. performance is location dependent

if ever na for laptop/cellphone yung connection na bibilin ko at nasa USTe ako madalas or Manila, ano malakas dun?

@FOURever, mahirap mag speculate hehe. maybe you can ask some people there about their connection, i'm sure marami may laptop dyan with internet usb dongles

^bumagal daw Sun lately. i think dumadami na rin kasi users nila, or might be a network problem.

im using Globe Tattoo now, so far so good. not as fast as i expected, but reliable as a back-up net service when im on the go.

^yeah, try mo rin Smart. although personally, id go for Globe...may iilan nakong friends who complained about Smart not connecting at all at least Globe gumagana sa akin...

^there are times na mahirap mag-connect sa smart. havent tried globe though. alam ko si mald1ta meron nyan hehe hahakutin nya ata lahat eh.

sa mga nagtatravel sa Mindanao, Smart kapag ARMM areas and other provinces, tapos Globe kapag sa mga cities.

Globe Visibility ang gamit ko, nung nasa downtown ako (davao), super lakas, bilis magplay ng youtube. tapos nung lumipat ako sa ibang lugar (malapit sa tower ng smart) mahina na ang globe. kaya depende rin po sa location.

I was able to use both but I'm not satisfied with the speed. Mas ok sakin [textspeak!] Sun Broadband and mas mura pa siya. Nagagamit ko siya kahit nasa Cavite ako. [textspeak!] Smart and Globe kasi mahina pag nasa Cavite kmi e.

yes sis. mabilis siya & at the same time, mabilis din ang customer service.

haha.. kasi naman nainis ako sa smart nung mga times na ang hirap magconnect tas ididisconnect ka kahit ok yung 3G/HSDPA signal..

kaya bumili ko tattoo.. tamang tama naman nagsale sya! hehe

yung sun din nasa 15xx ata.. yun dapat buy ko kasi malakas daw sa area eh mas mahal sa tattoo so yun muna nibuy ko.. pag napagtripan baka buy din ko sun.. haha para macompare talaga ano pinaka mabilis! hehe
