Yey! I also have friends who'll go with us, so maybe we'll be 4 or 5 already. Anyway, we had a car going there then (my friend's), but I can't bring my car, so if ever, unless someone will offer their's, we'll need to learn how to commute. hehe. It's near lang Subic. like 45 minutes from there.

Rent of the board is 200/hour and then another 200/hour for the instructor. They also have a "promo rate," which if I recall correctly, is 400 for 4 hours for the rent of the board.

Crystal Beach's room rates are pretty reasonable. But don't expect too much hotel-type rooms. Hehe. Far from it. They have a website. Google them nalang.

Oh and their resort is different from where the beginners surf. But it's near lang naman. Mga 10 minutes away.

I think that's what you need to know as of now.

Haha! Nice! 4 na tayo! Well, it would be better if you know how to swim since when you get wiped out baka mataranta kayo to get on the board again.

Well, that's true. But for beginners (unless you're not hehe), it's better for moderate waves lang. Scary yung too big. haha!

Oh god, i really should learn this sport. kasi im from surigao and sayang naman diba? Kaso, i am not a good swimmer and takot ako sa malalim LOL should i start learning how to swim really well?

^^ Garantisadong magkakapasa ang mga first time na magsusurf, sa tuhod, sa ribs, etc. Kasama talaga yan sa learning process. Pero yung mababalian, not likely.

^ Having excellent swimming skills and stamina would definitely be an advantage. Plus, it'll boost your confidence, dahil hindi ka na matatakot malaglag, ma-eenjoy mo talaga ang waves.

But you don't really need competition-level swimming skills. Advantage lang yun. If you have the chance to surf, go for it!
