The reason why i was denied pala is because all BDO mastercard holder now need a virtual card in order for us to shop online according sa bdo csr na nakausap ko para raw maiwasan ang fraud and theft online. Naghigpit na ang bdo that is why. I already remove my original bdo cc number in my paypal and i got it change with my virtual card number. : and it was accepted, though I still didn't try to pay for my items purchased in eBay because im still waiting for all my bid to end, sana lang maging successful

parang ang tagal ng transfer of funds from PayPal to my BDO account ah. i made the transfer nung Thursday; the email notification said July 26 (today) i should have the amount on my account na. praning lang ako kasi usually the date on the email hindi nasusunod, usually 1-2 days before that date dumating na yung funds. sana talaga today matransfer na...

mga sis, help, im trying to purchase sana a deal from dealgrocer, the problem is ang smart money ko twice na na deduct ng 43.04 pesos, eh hindi naman natutuloy ang transaction, nag cha charge ba talaga sila ng ganoon ka taas na service charge?

ngayon pa lang ako gumagamit ng paypal eh, kaya hindi ko talaga alam kung ganyan talaga ka taas ng fees nila? thanks in advance

Same problem here I called BDO and the agent said will they no longer accept online transactions you need to apply for their Virtual Card that is exclusive for online purchases it took effect last July 4 pa nakakainis lang kasi we were not informed about it beforehand nakakahiya dun sa mga sellers na binilhan ko.

@ sis Einaphet18, i dont know sis kung gaano gaano katagal ang processing in applying for virtual card yung vc ko kasi instant lang, basta pinadalhan lang ako ng bdo noon kahit di ako nag apply pinaactivate ko nalang para incase of emergency magamit ko. you can call bdo mastercard customer service alam ko kasi magrerequest ka lang kasi ililink lang naman un sa mastercard na meron ka, ipapadala nalang nila card mo...

i think its safer esp for us online buyers...

sis seems like paypal is lagging no? did you get your funds naba sis?

I transfered last Monday, should be available na today.. will check later, sana wala ng delay, kasi
nakaka praning!

ilang days ba processing ng EON card? 1 week lang ba at magagamit ko din ba kagad, kasi yung GSIS Visa card ko di pwede yung debit card ko din di pwede nahihiya naman ako sa seller from china hays

Question sisses! Kasi meron akong paypal, ang primary ko ay PHP and Secondary is USD. Ngayon may nag send saken ng AUD and inaccept ko. Binigyan ako ng options if convert ko siya as PESO or gawa ako AUD na account. Pinili ko si AUD kasi baka in the future mag karoon ulit si h2b ng transactions gamet ang AUD. Tas nabawasan siya

instead na 100 AUD naging 95.80 AUD na lang. Fee kaya saan yun?

may naka-experience na ba sa inyo with withdrawing funds from Paypal account, tapos wrong account # ang nasend-an? i've been using PayPal for around 2 years na, and never akong nagkaproblem with withdrawals to my bank account. kaso when i created a Paypal account for my hubby, ang nalagay ko sa bank account # - yung EON Visa card # -- and tapos na yung Paypal-Unionbank transaction online (completed) before i realized our mistake

nakakaloka ang engot ko.

we got in touch with Unionbank, sabi automatic naman daw na irereject nila yung transaction since malinga ang account # (should start with 109 daw, e yung EON Visa card number syempre 4 ang start). we sent an email na din to Paypal, assuring us naman na the funds will be returned by the local bank to the Paypal account, kaso di pa sure kung gano katagal. the withdrawal was made last Tuesday, Oct.4; Oct.10 na wala pa din sa account ni hubby yung returned funds. nappraning na ako, half-month sweldo din nya yun! kahit na may assurances from Paypal and Unionbank, i can't stop worrying. guilty pa mandin ako kasi it was my mistake talaga.

^^okay naman sis, nabalik yung funds after my engot moment.

after mga 7 days, hubby got an email notice from PayPal na the funds were returned to his account, kasi may error sa bank account. ayun, we corrected the info na sa account nya, and wala nang naging problems after that.

sis, hindi naman delayed ang PayPal transfer. kasi nag-withdraw ako ng funds from PayPal to BDO nung Monday, i just checked now and nasa BDO account ko na
