hello! i hope someone can help me.

my paypal acct is linked to my credit card. i'm a premium user and my credit card is verified (i entered the 4-digit code).

now, when i send money to pay a friend na pinagpakisuyuan ko to purchase stuff for me, i get the error:

"Sorry, your payment won't go through. To make it work, you'll need to add money to your account and pay with your PayPal balance."

Syempre I can't add funds naman, kase nga in the ph, direct debit na yan sa credit card.

Sana someone can help. I'm so desperate kase nahihiya ako sa friend ko, ngayon lang ako nag ask ng favor nagka gulo gulo pa.

i used my bdo debit card for my paypal.. where do i get the paypal code?? cuz i cant verify my account cuz of that

^Call BDO for your paypal code.  I have Eon card.  I called Unionbank for my paypal code.  My account is now verified.

share ko lang. nagpunta ako sa website ng unionbakph walang intiial and maintaining balance but there is an annual fee of P350.

I'm not yet familiar with paypal but i want to buy online abroad and eventually sell na din internationally so i need this.

I tried opening an account thru www.paypal.com/ph a while ago but i don't have a credit card. Can't i register without credit card? Balak ko kasi i'll open an EON at ito gagmitin ko. Ayaw magcontinue kung walang credit card number eh..

I don't think you can register for paypal with a credit card sis. Either a credit card or debit card from Union Bank. I suggest you apply for EON na muna. madali lang naman eh

meron na pala akong Paypal account years ago. nung active pa ako sa online jobs nuon at nag launch ang Paypal PH. that time hindi pa sila humihingi ng cc. kaya nakapag apply ako. ewan kolang ngayon required na ata. nalaman ko to nung mag Clooud Crowd ako I just gave my email address at na search nila na connected pa at active ang Paypal account ko. nice nga eh. kahit ang tagal ko di ginamit or never ko nagamit ang Paypal active pa din. buti na lang nalala ko pa yung password.

Ang kulang ko na lang mga sis is to have it verified by entering a credit card. May mga payments na kasi ako. down ang website ng EON so kailangan ko pa pumunta personally sa Unionbank to apply for one. Once nakuha ko na ba yung EON card ko sis, at na verify na yung Paypal ko pano ko ma wi-withdraw yung payout ko? sa EON atm ko na din? converted na po ito ba sa pesos? thanks.

mga sis nag apply na ako ng EON last friday bukas pwede ko na makuha at ma verify na yung Paypal ko. transfer form Paypal to unionbank free. withdraw from atm nila ng unionbank is free upto the 3rd lang after that 10 pesos na lang per withdrawal para ka lang nag withdraw sa other bank.

question totoo po ba na kinakaltasan ng $1 ang EON Visa ko ng Paypal at binabalik din naman ito just to verify kung totoo nga yung card? so kelangan may at least 100p ako sa EON ko?

Verified na ang paypal ko. Yipeee. Applied for EON din, pero have no plans of using it, kung pwede naman palang "withdraw to bank" ang gagamitin.

3. i waited three days bago dumating ang expuse code sa payoneer.
4. i entered the code sa paypal
5. in 10 seconds, naverify na.

yes sis.  kelangan may laman EON. binabalik naman ng paypal. $1.95 ata yun.
