Paypal now in the Philippines

^ ang bilis nga nila ngayon. ako may cases na next day narereceive ko na withdrawal ko. and late na yung 2 days. eto eh pag night ko pa ginawa yung paypal withdrawal. happy ako sa service nila ngayon.

i was refunded by an ebay seller for the item i purchased na nireturn ko sa kanya due to authenticity issues. i received a notice in my email, na refunded nga ako. but when i checked my paypal account, i only have 1.95USD, yun yung balance ko when i had my credit card verified. hindi nagreflect yung refund.

i thought nidirect debit sa credit card ko, but when i check my cc transaction history online, wala naman. e kahapon pa ng 5am nya nirefund yun. nasan na yung refund?

ang alam ko sis, ilang days pa bago mag appear ang refund sa credit card. then tingnan mo yung full history ng transaction mo, baka andun. kung wala tingnan mo yung original transaction mo sa history magrereflect dun kung talagang narefund yung payment mo. pag wala din better contact paypal and have your transaction number ready.

ah hindi agad magrereflect? when do i know ba na dinirect nya sa cc ko yung refund?

basta sis ginamit nya yung refund option ng transaction ang refund ay babalik sa original funding source. kung ang ginamit mo ay credit card para i fund yung payment pag nirefund nya yung payment mo... sa credit card din ang balik nun.

unless SEND option ang ginamit nya, sa paypal fund mo naman sya magrereflect.

pero sis... nakikita mo ba yung transaction ng refund sa history mo sa paypal? dapat nakikit amo dun, bago mo bantayan sa cc mo.

yup nandun, even yung mga binili kong items sa ebay, may remarks na refunded sya.

usually kasi when I withdraw from my paypal to my eon account, it usually reflects after 2 working days.  So pag wednesday ko na withdraw,I usually get it on a friday evening.

Last week, I did the same.  I withdrew on a wednesday.. I was expecting to receive it last friday night but wala.. inisip ko nalang kasi holiday. So I was expecting to receive it today.. Wala pa din. Meron ba sa inyo na ganito ang problem?

sis, it can take up to 5 working days. nung friday non-working holiday sya kaya di sya count. maybe by tomorrow anjan na yun, kase usually pag hapon na withdraw yung money next day na sya nakakasama.

i already got an EON account with unionbank.

my questions are:

1. when i sign in at paypal, do i choose the personal or premium account?

2. are there charges when i withdraw my money from my eon account? who will charge me, EON or paypal? how much are the charges?

^Depends on what the purpose of your Paypal account is. I personally suggest you use Personal - you can send and receive money na dito. Tas if you ever decide to upgrade to Premium, you can do so but you can't undo. Premium's good if you really have a legit business online.

I'm not sure, but as of now I think only EON and BPI's e-credit card can be used. EON works like a regular credit card and you have to enroll it in the Expanded Use Program to be able to fully utilize it. Paypal will charge you $1.95 and it will be added (credited) along with your first transaction with them.

On the other hand, if you have a BPI Mastercard (BPI's credit card), you can get BPI's e-credit card, which is basically the same as your credit card but only containing a different account number so your original account number won't be seen anywhere on the Internet as to avoid any fraudulent matter. The e-credit card also only has P50,000 or 50% limit (whichever's lower) so it'll help you control your expenses.

But you can also use Paypal without having a credit card and this is by linking your regular bank account to it. However, not having a credit card won't verify your Paypal account, but this does not mean you can't use Paypal. You can, but you have limits like a sending limit of only $500. With a bank account linked to Paypal, you can also receive money in it.

^sis nag register ako sa paypal, di ko ma gets kung pano pwede yung bank account ko lang ang gagamitin kaya nag upgrade ako ng premium... does this mean na di na ako pwede bumalik sa personal?
