I am also planning on having my son go to PGH for his speech. The people are nice there and have good training. even their OTs kaso lang mahaba din ang pila :c

Hello, i'm new here..I've been reading the conversations here about OT and ST. My 3y.o. daughter was diagnosed kasi with Autism Spectrum Disorder by Dra. Jocelyn Eusebio. I paid P2,500 for (i think) a 30-minute assessment. She recommended Occupational Therapy of 2 to 3x a week for 2months before mag-speech therapy ang anak ko. Since TEAMWORKS  behavioral therapy center lang ang alam nyang therapy center sa Makati,yun ang sinuggest nya samin na kontakin. But still, medyo malayo parin sa tinitirhan namin. Any suggestions kung san ang malapit na therapy center? Sa Guadalupe Nuevo kami.

Meron po akong napagtanungan na malapit din pero bagong bukas palang.. has anyone tried Campvelles? Nakita ko ito beside MMda Bldg along edsa sa guadalupe. Nag-inquire ako, P1,800 ang initial assessment at P550/session ang OT. Yun lang, im not sure kung sulit ba at kung mag-iimprove yun anak ko doon.. Poor lang kasi kami at out of budget talaga ang gagastusin namin sa Therapy.

ang alam ko kasi ang TEAMWORKS they offer home based ABA therapy. meaning sila yung pupunta sa bahay nyo to conduct their program. rates nila is Php500/2 hours session, ewan ko lang ngayon kung nagbago na. may mga therapists din sila around the philippines. you can check them at http://www.teamworks.ph/.

yes, ABA can either be home-based or clinic-based, basta yata min. of 2 hours pag nasa bahay. my son had almost a year of ABA at home and OT at the same time. pero nag-stop siya, he's taking ST now. we're seeing Dra. Malijan again this month.

^^sis, unfortunately, magastos talaga, mabigat sa bulsa. kung bongga lang ba kami/tayo, why not di ba?

nagstart na yun baby ko sa Campvelles. I paid P550/session na 1hour lang...nag-iiyak lang sya for 30mins. May babayaran pa pala akong P1,8k for assessment nya at P1,5k monthly for facility.

Hindi ko nacontact yun teamworks kasi hindi sinasagot call ko. Magkano kaya homeservice sa kanila?

Same tayo ng pedia. My 4 y/o son was diagnosed yesterday with Mixed Receptive-Expressive Language Disorder. We were advised that he must undergo 1x a week OT and 2X a week Speech Therapy.

Given our location (Pasig/cainta area), we were given three centers to choose from:

1. Milestones
2. Shine Intervention
3. We speak

I have heard some feedback on Milestones and We speak but not much on Shine Intervention. Hope you moms could help. I'm also thinking of going to Therabilities Inc. since this center is the most recommended.
