hi sisses, already have my ssn & permanent resident green card. what's the best way to find a job? i do have friends & relatives but in they're in another state so referrals is not an option. also checked sites like monster.com, etc but there isn't a lot of job postings.

We just got our GC, we were filed on EB2 and it took about 5 months from filing to approval. Green na nga ang kulay ng Green Card, hehe. Concurrent filing ang I-140 and I-485 namin

^^Congratulations sis gnela, iba na yung look ng GC ano? Bago na. And the color is light green. Before kasi dirty white/cream yung color sa card. Hindi naman green. LOL

Tried doing 2 jobs before din, di ko na din nakikita husband ko at wala na talagang day off. Nagco-complain na hubby ko noon na wala na kaming time sa isa't-isa so I decided to stop my part time job.

Very tired ako everytime, so tulog work lang ako noon. But like you said masaya pag dating sa paycheck but I never get to enjoy my earnings like going out and buying stuffs kasi busy nga sa work. Though okay lang kasi we put it on our savings (which helps us naman when we got our baby and now I'm a full time stay at home mom).

question: my Philippine passport will expire by the end of this year. But we're planning to apply for citizenship by may or june. Nausog na nang nausog due to family issues. Anyhoo, ok lang ba mag-apply for Phil. Passport renewal? 'Di lang ako comfortable kasi na wala ako passport. Parang paano na kapag nagka-emergency, God willing eh wala naman, pero just in case 'di ba? Or wag na lang since may option naman to extend? Eh paano kung gusto ko maglakwatsa? Nyaha ang kulit eh no.
