mga sis, tanong ko lang before ba yun test need pa mag fasting at night? bukas kasi tsh,ft3,ft4 at thyroid ultrasound ako.. thanks..

you should be fasting to get an accurate result.

tingin ko hypothyroid na ako ngayon based sa recent lab tests (normal ft4, slightly high tsh). kaso wala pa yung endo ko, out of the country, kaya di ko pa sure at wala pa din akong bagong meds. medyo lumalaki na ulit yung bukol ko sa leeg.

yung akin normal na tapos bagsak naman nung nakaraang test, bukas lab test ulit. hayst.

may i ask lang po how much ang pf ng dr. kapag endocrinologist? i think kailangan ko ipaulit ang t3 t4 tsh ko kasi borderline before

@design21, my endo's pf is 700 sis.

@soumy01, oonga, walang katapusang lab test.

parang gusto nga ulit maghanap ng ibang endo. she didn't give me any med kasi daw kahit elevated yung TSH ko, it's not high enough para mag hormone replacement ako. TSH is 3.91 (ref. range is 0.27 to 3.75) ganun ba talaga? i have a lump na naman sa lalamunan and nararamdaman ko minsan na sumasakit siya.

i'll have my next lab test on aug pa kasi out of the country siya ulit ng may to aug. kaya iniisip ko if lumaki yung goiter ko, hanap na lang ako ng ibang endo ulit.

what are the signs if you have goiter? my TSH is lower than the normal range.. may nararamdaman akong parang bara sa lalamunan everytime na lulunok ako. mas nafeefeel ko yun pag nalunok ako. hindi ko alam kung nappraning lang ako or what..

anyone taking alternative medicine for hypothyroidism?

i'm trying bee propolis from ilog maria and nag-shrink ng konti yung bukol ko sa leeg. pero i still feel fatigue and muscle aches. 2 weeks ko pa lang naman tinatake, hopefully mas maging effective habang tumatagal.

talaga sis? since when ka pa sa kanya? ako im seeing her for 1 yr na. nagimprove naman ang bloodworks ko. saka nawala na yun symptoms ng hyper yun lang laki ng weight gain ko since naging hypo ako..haayyy

Almost a year na rin. July last year nadetect yung goiter ko. So i see her every three months after i had a total thyroidectomy. I go to her clinic in Asian . Haba lang lagi ng lines.

Sis, I experience the same. Pag nalunok ako feeling ko may nakabara na food sa throat ko lalo na after kumain. Nagpacheckup na ako sa ENT doctor and wala naman abnormalities na nakita and I 've undergone endoscopy pa. Yun lang naman yun nararamdaman ko aside from that wala na.

I plan to see another doctor again. What do you think sisses, endocrinologist naman this time?
