^Sis, depende kasi sa market mo. Kung maraming mga bagets sa area of responsibility ninyo...kikita ka talaga sa games. And depende rin naman sa specs ng computers. Although siyempre i-expect mo na after 2 years kailangan na magpalit ng parts.

Pero if your friend insists na purely for internet browsing/chatting/other achecherva lang ang shop niya, suggest ko lang dagdag rin siya ng fax/encoding services kasi dito sa shop ko isa rin yan sa mga moneymakers kumbaga.

Sis r4whore - yup legit ang lahat ng mga o.s. ko dito sa shop. Dito kasi sa Pasig may nag-inspect na and was checking if I'm using pirated software (nasa bungad kasi ang pwesto ko dito sa Ortigas Extension). Ang ginagawa ko is I photocopy yung pinaka-license code and I tape it sa taas ng CPU for easy reference. Pero siyempre on-hand pa rin ang mga installers if they really REALLY want to verify.

hmmm sa personal pc ko po yan..bundled with the pc.
ask ko sa cuz ko, sya kasi ang may net shop, pero parang good for 5.

About the per pc or multiple pcs na installation ng OS.

Kapag nag-update ang windows, ang madedetect lang ng original is the first pc that was installed with the software. The succeeding pcs considered pirated na because nagamit na ang license nung first pc. In my case, we are just being careful because inspectors really check sa area namin if pirated ba ang software or hindi.

hi mga sis! question lang po.. nagba-back reading kasi ko regarding sa mga permit and it seems na ang laki ng mga shops nyo,, pano naman kapag magsisimula lang like 6-8 units lang muna. May nabasa kasi ko na may tax pa? ano bang mga permit ang kailangan i-secure?  sa legal matters anong dpat kong malaman.. please help me. thanks so much in advance

^First I think kailangan ng DTI permit. I don't know in the case of our other sisses ha, but dito sa Pasig ito ang nirerequire nila sa akin:

- Baranggay permit
- Business license permit
- Fire Safety
- Sanitary Permit (kailangan mag-attend ka pa ng seminar bago nila ibigay sa yo to)
- Mayor's permit
- Environmental Permit

^Sis - I've inquired na sa Sky, unfortunately dahil bago pa ang service na itech...residential pa lang ang ino-offer nila. Wala pa daw silang packages for internet shops.

Miss Scofield - sinabi mo pa! ang daming arte sa buhay! May kinukuha akong parang "runner" na siya ang mag-aayos ng papers ko, kasi baka pag ako nag nag-asikaso mapa-away ako ng di oras sa munisipyo kasi garapal ang kurakot doon.

I don't know sa case ng ibang mga sis natin ha...pero dito sa Pasig pag mag-re-renew ka na ng business permit mo diba mag-declare ka kung magkano ang gross annual income mo? We-heeelll...dito ang MUNISIP ang mag-declare ng income mo hindi iikaw.

hi sis...just new here, regarding your question, madali lang iprocess yung mga permit, and yes kailangan talaga meron na lahat yun before ka mag operate especially yung business permit and BIR kasi usually pag nakita nila na wala ka nun like yung BIR ima-mopping ka nila, and you have to pay 10thou as fine...in my case 3weeks na ko nag ooperate pero wala pa yung BIR ko, but naka apply na so kahit nakita nila na wala pa yung "BIR-ask for receipt" hindi nila ginalaw [textspeak!] internet cafe ko kasi sila [textspeak!] mabagal mag process, i also have my bookeeper from the municipal office, kaya siya yung nag aayos regarding that so in case may problema ako sa BIR siya na umaayos lahat... i think depend din ito sa place nyo may mga BIR staff kasi na sobrang higpit... Godbless
