^sa amin wala, we paid in cash, same price pa rin. pero siguro kase sale items na yung nakuha namin. it's a 6-seater glass dining table, from 24k, nakuha namin @ 12k hehe

^sis when you go there try to look out for sale items. like the last time we were there, hubby and i fell in love with this leather sofa. from 36k to 8k! all bec may maliit na pingas sa likod ng sofa. it wasnt noticeable at all. esp if you place it against a wall. kaso someone bought it already.

lelila, baka nga kasi it was already on sale kaya no further discount.

pagirllang, when we were there i let my husband talk to the SA. as in he asked directly if that is the final price. walang hiya hiya. at first the SA said yes. then my husband countered what if I pay in cash, thats when the SA said he can give a 10% discount provided we pay in cash. but i think depende din sa SA eh. try to find someone who looks na matagal na with the company. if bago kasi mahirap diskartehan. siguro they dont know din how to bargain with the customers so very cautious sila.

go past makro cainta. then at the intersection of ortigas ave extension turn left. diretsuhin mo lang yung road na yun. you'll see it on your left side. im not so sure lang if it's before or after valley golf
