Feedback naman sa price range ng Mandaue Foam - comparable ba sa price range ng Our Home or mas mura?   

My friend who's an ID told me okay raw sa Mandaue Foam.

I'm also eyeing Progetti - I read lang sa Real Living.  They customize home furnishings.  And you can get a good deal if you buy in bulk - after-sales service was reportedly also good. 

Any other home stores which give free design consultation?

Baka di na nga ako magpa ID eh, baka maubos ang budget sa house construction pa lang. 

Pa-feedback na lang about MF's price range ha?  Maybe these are our best bets vs. the home furnishings at home depots or malls.

^ok sis, wala pa exact date when kami mag mandaue foam pero i-sked ko. 3 lang kasi choices nung binigay ni ID grabe ha 5 items lang lagpas 200T e d naman kami mayaman 1 BR condo lang ito. Sa bahay ko kasi 300T+ lang nagastos ko dati e 4 rms yun. Nakakaloka pala if gusto maganda wala naman big budget. Hanap ko yun d masyado taga pero ok ang gawa. Mahal sobra quote sa akin side table na maliit 10T+ kakaloka, console 16T ganitio ba mga presyo na talaga? Tanguile ang gagamitin na wood pero sabi ko wag na solid kasi feeling ko d rin kami magtatagal sa condo.

Yun na nga worry ko, nice house and of course you want nice furnitures too.  So dapat mag-ipon pa talaga - if it's possible once mag-start construction and payment for the monthly amortizations.

I am currently disposing our old wood furnitures kasi hindi na rin babagay sa new scheme and we can't bring them to that small apartment we'll be staying at for the duration of the construction.  Kahit may value pa, I have to let them go para hindi magmukhang chop suey. 

Anyway sis, sabi naman sa Real Living start with the basic pieces, then slowly add the accents.  That said, baka may makuha ka na ring ok furnitures, kahit ilang pieces lang - beds, dining table, sofa -  for your condo that you can still use in the long run should you decide to move out from the condo.

^ how much did it cost you for the sofa? I found their pieces interesting based on their website, but there's no pricelist available tia!

sorry for the late reply, yung sa amin 16K last January 2009 pa yun namin nabili, pag punta ka website ng mandaue yung style namin under sa modern sofa, similar sa denny with extension.  ako na pumili ng type ng fabric kaya yung sa amin floral na orange and green yung base.  may delivery fee rin nakalimutan ko na kung magkano.

From EDSA northbound, turn right at Robinson's Pioneer (gumilid ka na right after guadalupe bridge), follow the road and then right at Pioneer. may pa curve yun na pa left, tapos dire diretso. mga 200 meters siguro, makikita mo na ang progetti.

naku hindi sis. nadadaanan ko lang kasi from office to bahay.

Kung naghahanap ka ng furniture, I highly recommend Abea. biggest showroom nila sa Waltermart Makati (in front of Don Bosco).

mas malayo ang ethan allen at mahal nga dun. yung progetti naman parang hindi naman ganun kamahal pansin ko lang parang antique yung mga furniture nya. ewan ko lang ha hindi pa naman ako nakakapasok, based lang yan sa nakikita ko outside.

try mo sis ang abea, mas modern at kakaiba ang pieces nila. kaya nung nag visit ako once, binalik balikan ko talaga kasi maganda nga. yung blims kasi parang usual na.
