^ay ganun. eh kung sa US ko kaya ipa-ship para yung mother ko na lang magsesend sakin mas mabilis kaya or mas matagal?

baka mas matagal pa sis kasi sa Hong Kong ang lab ng artscow. So yung shipping via USPS, it might take longer kung US bound pa tapos ipapadala pa dito. Not sure though..just a thought lang.  Kung gusto mong super bilis, they also ship via Fedex yun nga lang super mahal.  SIguro kung may kakilala ka sa Hong Kong, ayun pede.  May friend kasi ako dun, narereceive niya agad earlier than their stated delivery lead time.

you mean ready made photobook na? ay walang ganun sa artscow. Either upload your own layouts or create your layouts on their online software mismo.

^^ay ganun. sa HK pala lab nila kala ko sa US din. kaso wala naman akong friend dun. so wala nga din akong choice kundi ipa ship dito.

thanks sa reply mo sis maileen. pano mo po ginawa yun guestbook mo? sa album mo lang ba nilagay? then yun guest sheet po nilagay mo na [textspeak!] into your bought album? sorry po dami ko question. im preparing na kc for may baby's 1st bday. thanks again. :-)

ako naman may dumating na email ngayon na na-ship na daw yung 2 order ko na photobook after 1 month! di ko lang alam kung kelan dadating sa bahay...

Hi mga sis, thanks to this thread I found out about artscow and the great deals they offer! Kaya lang like most everyone, wala pa din ako natatanggap kahit isa sa mga pina-ship ko dito sa house namin in QC. Meron na ba kayo updates with your orders? I ordered 5 sets of different items, yun sa canvas, the free prints, the wallet pa yata. Yun mga pina-deliver ko sa States (through my brother who's there), dumating na. That's why nalaman ko na from HK nga pala sila. Yun dito lang wala pa. May naka-receive na ba sa inyo lately? I ordered around July pa. Nawala na excitement level ko!

ask ko lang, the use of a personalized guestbook is for the guests to put their messages for the celebrant right? tapos we will just keep it? im thinking kung papagawa pa ako eh..

^ honestly, i am not a big fan of this one...

based on what i have observed among our clients, wala pa kaming nakita na na-complete yung mga guests niya na nag-sign up... more often than not, 10% or 25% the most ang nagti-take ng time to sign up...

that's why, mas gusto ko talaga yung thumb printing kasi walang waiting factor... mabilis... no need to take time to think kung ano ang magandang isulat and to be different from other guests... what's great about it is maidi-display mo talaga and you can make it the center of attraction sa living room mo afterwards... sa isang tinginan lang... unlike the guestbook na since it's album time, hanggang sa post event moment, nagti-take pa rin ng time para ma-view... oooooooooops... IMO ko lang po ito.. pasintabi sa fan ng guestbooks...

^^sis ako ang ginawa ko katulad nung kay sis maileen na dedication card. at sakto lang talaga ginawa ko pang mga godparents lang kasi kung lahat ng guest eh baka mangyari lang yung sinasabi ni sis bluekaren. hth

ordered 2 photobooks last July and 2 dogtags in August.  almost 2 months ko before nareceive first photobook, then dogtag.  pinakalatest e photobook ulet, eto ang madali ko nareceive.  sad to say i didn't receive yung 1 dogtag ko inorder dunno what happen

Sis,ask ko lang what does thumb printing do? I mean dun sa naiisp ko pano toh matutulad sa guestbook? sori sis slow ko kc I havent read all the replies here eh na-caught yung attention ko [textspeak!] sa reply mo.

^ may choice of medium or items for this one... puwedeng plates na round or square, puwedeng jar or vase... may choices naman... pero siyempre depende rin sa dami ng expected guests... it's made of ceramic... pero yung initial na gagamitin for the party itself is more of unfinished ceramic pa... so medyo magaspang pa siya...

om the day of your event, aside from the ceramic medium, we'll also bring in some washable ceramic ink, pencil, ballpen, dampened sponge, a piece of bond paper numbered from 1 to whatever maximum number of guests you'll be having and wet tissue

upon your guest's arrival, request namin sila na i-affix ang thumb print nila dun sa ceramic medium... with the help of the dampened sponge, a-apply-an namin ng washable ceramic ink yung thumb ng guest and help them out... under their thumb print, susulatan namin ng number... pero dun sa bond paper, corresponding dun sa number niya sa ceramic eh yung nickname naman nung guest... the ink can easily be washed with water naman or with the wet tissue... in a minute or less, tapos na agad ito and the guest can proceed to their chosen table na...

thumb printing will start from the edge of the plate... papunta sa gitna... sa pinaka-gitna naman is yung hand print or foot print ng celebrant... then sa ilalim naman is yung mga thumb print ng parents or immediate family...

after your event, you won't have the medium yet... ipapa-bake pa po kasi namin yun... sa finished product, makinis na siya na parang regular ceramic art na nabibili over the counter... hindi na rin number ang nakasulat sa ilalim ng mga thumb prints, yung nickname na... tapos nandun na rin yung name ng celebrant and event details...

there you go... you can display it na... others, pinapa-boxed frame siya pag plate...

pag wedding, madalas, tiles ang ginagamit tapos ipinalalagay ng couple sa kitchen or bathroom nila kung hindi pa gawa yung house nila...

another purpose nito, during the event itself, para ka na ring may stripping kung ilang guests mo na talaga ang dumarating... he-he...
