sulit ba ang HIGH CHAIR?

We have the FP booster seat and it's sulit for us. We feed our daughter all meals in her booster seat at the table. She knows na when we put her in her booster seat that it's time to eat. I want to train her to eat at the table. I get annoyed when I see yayas chasing after kids to feed them so I am strict to train my daughter to only eat at the table.

We haven't bought a high chair yet - kasi natakot kami sa experience namin sa Bumbo and the rocker/chair. 

What high chair do you ladies recommend?

There are lots of high chairs out there that serve the same basic function. I guess the only thing you need to think about is if you want something portable or not.

^^^^ i am struggling to be a minimalist since nagkababy din kami. But I am still trying. we used booster seat din for a short time lang kasi she had an accident. After that, kalong lang sya habang kumakain sya. ngayon, at 2yo, she sits on the regular dining chair while eating.

^^ i was like that din. I wanted to train her to eat at the table. But we went to the province fir the holy week, i didnt bring her booster seat. Since then, she preferred to eat while playing. but now i am slowly getting her used to sitting with us at the table. She still uses her booster seaf but minus the tray na. Sometimes she eats at her own small table and chair, which is better than the yaya chasing after her.

^Since we have very erratic work schedules, madalas hinde namin nakakasabay si Zoe kumain. Pero she's sanay na mag-eat on her table and chair. Whenever we get the chance, nagsasabay kame kumain but for some reason pag nasa big table sya, mas magulo sya

Actually, ako din gusto ko magbawas ng gamit dahil sumisikip na. We have 6 dining chairs when most of the time only 2 are eating. Dami rin gamit ni baby. So nag improvice ako yung isang dining chair nilagyan ko ng pang elevate which is just a stack of the rubber tiles ba may mga alphabet kasi di naman nagagamit. Binalot ko ng plastic then tied it into the chair. Then i placed yung nilalagay sa seat na tela cor baby with harness, yung ikakabit mo sa sandalan then pwedi na makaupo si baby. It worked as a high chair! Kaso hindi pwedi iwan si baby or dapat alert ang nagpapakain kasi pag sinipa nya ang table, the chair will tip off backward kasama si baby!!!

So para makampante nako, bumili na tlaga ako ng official hehe) high chair. Its actually a preloved hi lo bed chair, aprica auto swing melody for p2.5k. I think good buy yun kasi important ang high chair para ma train si baby kumain kasama at kasabay ang adults sa table.

^ & khriseee: My son almost fell off his bumbo chair kasi he doesnt luke the feeling of being constricted so he would make liyad in an attempt to get iut if the chair Buti nalang i was there & i took him out immediately kasi nag out of balance na yung bumbo eh

^&^^ oh my, how scary There was one time I was on a work call at home and I could see my yaya feeding my daughter in the dining area. I saw my daughter push her feet against the tabletop and the chair was tipping backwards na. I yelled so loud, the person I was in a call with got shocked hahaha so now we don't seat her close enough to the the table for her feet to touch.

wala kaming high chair pero tingin ko ha,di ito sulit.kasi pwede ko naman i-upo sa lap ko si baby,ganun ginawa ko nung maliit pa siya..ngayon mag 2 yrs old na siya,nakaka upo sa siya sa dining chair namin sabay sa amin kumain.
