passed by Kenny's in Glorietta... they have Christmas Muffins pala-- food for the gods which is sold at P90 for 6 pcs.

Just had the worst service,food and environment in Kenny Rogers Festival Mall, we will never go back there again.

My family and I were too dissappointed with the experience, pano ba naman, we had the terrible service ever!

**they gave us dirty dish plates may mga kanin pa parang hindi pa nahugasan.

**wala ng spoon and fork sa condiments section,

**may food na sinerve which our request were not granted like with our side dishes, all are incorrect

**the muffins, the flavors were not correct too.

**the chicken part is not what we requested,

Pinabalik namin lahat, nakabalik na lahat ng food na pinabalik namin wala pa rin kaming spoon and fork we are asking for it sabi wait lang po, hindi na kami binalikan ng crew.  We waited there for how many minutes still waiting for the spoon and fork. We were so mukhang kawawa...to think we went there to eat some good food, nag resto na lang sana kami.

speaking flavors are not correct...napansin ko lang lately na iba yung timpla ng kenny sa taft and katip. haha! yung dalawa kasi ang nakainan ko these past few weeks and kenny's in katip is kinda salty, yung grilled chicken and tomato pesto na sandwich na in-order namin salty.

Yes, I wrote a dramatic message sa comment form, talk to the supervisor and name the crew who neglected us many times, and the supervisor was apologetic kaso it was too late..

Sobrang sayang ang pera namin sa Kenny Rogers Festi.

^That is correct,sis. I remember writing in the comment form that I will spread the news over the net, which I happen to be doing na right now, unknowingly.

To all my sisses here, for take out orders, pasalubong, masarap sa kenny r. but if you will bring your family to dine out to a real good food with good service, Kenny Rogers should not be in your choice of list. Based on my own experience and opinion.

i never liked dining in Kenny...pangit experiences ko sa kanila..hindi ka pwede pumunta dun kung sobrang gutom ka..kasi mag-iinit lang ulo mo..sobrang babagal nila..diko type yung turo-turo style nila..i just don't know kung ganun padin system nila..kasi ang tagal ko na di kumakain dun..there was even a time na ako yung una sa pila..hanggang makarating nako sa counter..wala padin laman tray ko! ..mas nauuna pa mabigyan yung iba.

^that is so true, dapat pag kakain ka sa kenny rogers, when you are going to have some chat with your long lost friend, dun kayo mag dine in para mahaba kuwentuhan ninyo at hindi ninyo mapapansin ang kapalpakan nila, dun kasi kami nagmeet ng friend ko, nasarapan ako sa food kaya I invited my family to eat there, at that would be the last for dine in...

waaa! plano namin kumaen ulit on friday dito.  sabi ni bf, roasted chicken at double cheeseburger naman daw pag nagutom kami. siguro gusto niya magstay na lang muna sa isang lugar sa mall at wag muna kami maglakad ng maglakad. haha

i love their sandwiches.  basta makakita ako ng kenny rogers' i buy their cold chicken and tuna sandwich, pampa-happy!
