Notebooks

What brand of notebook can you suggest?  I usually use mine for documents, lots of pictures, songs and videos. Please recommend a notebook that is priced reasonably (costing between P20,000-P70,000.)

My laptop is already four years old and it's already almost broken so I need a new one but I want a notebook instead so that it would be easier for me to lug around.

can i get a notebook within 15-20t price range? my cousin wants one for her birthday and her parents asked me to scout around, but i'm not really a technie. so i thought to get some suggestions here instead. yung tipong value for money, of course with good quality. 

she's just a college student so it would be used mostly for typing, internet, music siguro.

you can consider buying a macbook.

you can get her a netbook (ex. acer aspireone or msi wind)  instead of laptop. its portable, good value for money.

they're both ok for me medyo may cooling issues lang ang HP. i've noticed din na considering naka intel atom ang acer, mas mabilis yung HP running Via chip which I find weird.

1. mas mura acer sa HP
2. mas madami support ang HP kumpara sa acer
3. mas sleek tingnan ang acer
4. full size keyboard and HP (pangit nga lang yung touchpad)

I have an HP Mini, and I am very satisfied with its portability. Of course, mas gusto ko the regular laptop -- no matter what you say, these are easier on one's fingers and the bigger monitor is easier on the eyes if you have to work for hours....(I have a Toshiba and MAC) -- but mahirap magbitbit.

I used to think the notebooks were just for email and the infrequent but urgent light financial or WORD work.  . But when we travel now, I just bring my 8giga USBs and/or external hard disc-- so dala ko din most of my office ika nga.   

So if you have to choose 1 only -- laptop or notebook,  and you also work out of  the office or travel frequently -- get a notebook.

HP is a good brand.  Matibay and prices are very reasonable.
