interesting that you guys mentioned taco bell and chilis...

having tried mexican food in cancun, I'd say the food they serve are nothing like the real thing. chilis is more of fusion food, like tex-mex and taco bell, oh my, don't get me started! (no offense)

^^ I agree with you 100%, sis fabulosity. The "Mexican" food here in the Philippines is far from authentic.

Taco Bell and Mexicali, etc...sometimes, I just take them for what they are...Tex-Mex/Cali-Mex.

i think we do not have authentic mexican restaurants. they are just tex-mex, which i really love. i heard there's this newly opened one in wilson greenhills. i forgot the name though.

For me Mexicali. I love their burritos, quesadillas and nachos. Bottomless pa yung salsa and garlic sauce.

Mexicali's steak burritos used to taste so good. ngayon parang di na pareho ang quality.

I grew up also with Tia Maria's...but i wouldn't say the food is super good. Ok na rin.

A mexican dish I like na di ko pa nakikita dito is yung fish or shrimp ceviche. Do any of you know where I can get this here?

The last time I ate a mexican dish was in 2003 sa Taco Bell Araneta center, I love their burritos, masarap din sa mexicali, they have burritos with guacomole sauce but the last time I ate there was 1994.

i only tried mexicali and taco bell. tacos, quesadilla and nachos lang ang order ko palagi,ang tagal ko na nga din kumakain uli ng mga ito. bigla ko tuloy na-miss!

for me mas type ko pa sa Tia Maria's kaysa sa Mexicali...

di ko makalimutan yung Steak Burritos ng Mexicali, na ang dry kainin....way better pa talaga ang Army Navy...
