talaga bang 6ft lang yun lahat ng pool sa splash mountain? yun pool na pwede pag hotel guest? di rin kasi namin maappreacite ang giant slide e dahil di naman din kami nag slide. hehe..

hmm..last na swim ko dun e mga 5 years ago pa.puro tulog lang dinadayo ko dun..ang alam ko may mini-pools sila na mababaw pero super init naman..kahit lublob ng paa,di ko kaya. hehe..

disaster talaga parati pag pupunta ng laguna ng saturday..grabe sa haba ng traffic..mas makakatulong siguro sa mga pupunta uli dun na alamin yung ibang exit na pwede madaanan in case malayo pa lang sa tollgate e usad pagong na..makakasave kayo ng mga 1 hour siguro sa byahe..pwede nyo itry ang cabuyao, silangan, and mayapa exit.. medyo traffic din dahil looban yun pero di naman gaya ng sa papuntang sta cruz exit na nakatigil talaga ng matagal..

sis for 5k meron na kayong makukuha dun kaya lang summer ngayon naghahapit sila. pahirapan pa sa sched. reservation yung kelangan if you want to save time lalo na pag weekend, down payment of 500 hundred normally hinihingi nila kasi yung mga caretakers na yun may mga kausap na agent sa labas kaya any time pwedeng may kumuha ng resort. depende sa date,  ilan kayo and time...

take note po, per 12 hrs po ang rent... alam ko sis pag am: 6pm to 6am and pm (overnight): 6pm to 6am. pero kung gusto nyo ng extension lalo pag walang tao after nyo kausapin nyo lang yung caretakers, pagusapan nyo yung price...

wala pong baha sa pansol, pag tipong thypoon lang talaga, dun lang bumabaha...

if you're from manila, so galing ka ng crossing, calamba, starting from Baretto elementary school, public school ng pansol yun. lahat ng kanto na madadaanan mo may resort na yun... pinaka madami dun sa kanto na tapat ng Villa Florencia (right side, before monte vista) and Miramonte (front of monte vista). Sa Solemar Del Pansol (left side, dun yung magagandang resort na may kamahalan, pero bongga talaga)

we tried 88resort. ok na din ... ok yun place pero feeling ko ideal sa couple. di sya pang kids eh. yun pool may mga insects na patay pero ok lang expected na sinc surrounded by trees yun lugar.... ang init ng water eh kaya ok sya magswim sa gabi pero sa morning di namin carry donnkami sa malamig konti hehe
puro foreigners guest nila actually korean halos lahat kasabay namin

madumi yun public cr nila sinabi ng sis in law ko so room na lang ako ayaw ko kasi ng maduming cr napakaarte ko sa ganyan...

food nila mahal pero in fairness korean talaga di advisable magbreakfast kasi 2 lang yata ang choice mo....

nag 88 resort din kami. on our first night dun kami sa nipa hut, do not get this room. una, kahit 2 yung aircon mainit parin. tapos mabilis pasukan ng ants yung room. malayo din siya sa resto and sa mga pools. nung 2nd night namin lumipat kami sa villa. ito mas okay. tapat lang namin yung mga pools. ang ayaw ko lang is the aircon parin. mainit siya. to think lamigin ako.

i love the pools. tuwang tuwa yung daughter ko. kasi hindi siya malamig, kaya kahit gabi nag swi-swimming parin siya. ako naman gusto ko yung 8 pools, na iba iba ang temperature. nakaka-relax talaga ng katawan.

masarap din yung food. kaso since 2 gabi dun, nagsawa na ako sa korean food. hehe.

Hubby and I stayed at the Splash Suites last Friday (overnight stay). It was not as expected. Since this is our second time at Splash Mountain (the first was around 6 or 7 years ago), we compared both experiences.

The first time, we booked a room at Splash Mountain Hotel lang. Yung this weekend naman, I decided to book at the Suites thinking mas okay yung accommodations. Well, my feedback is that you pay for the price of a suite (3,500) pero the service is not good. We should've gotten a room na lang at the main hotel (2,100) since meron din naman silang jacuzzi room.

- Room service is not great, food arrived 30 mins. to an hour late. We ordered for coffee and hot choco and we had to wait for 30 minutes.
- After we were given our key, we went straight to the Suites but no one was there to receive us at the Lobby
- Yung mini bar may bawas na isang juice (5 dapat yun). I had to insist upon checkout that we did not get any of the juices, just two bottles of mineral water
- Yung jacuzzi, binuksan nila without our go signal. We had to call the front desk to request them to turn it off
- Mabagal sumagot ang front desk sa mga calls, lalo na sa lobby ng Suites. No one's picking up the phone kasi walang tao sa lobby
- Mahina ang aircon! Ang big no-no for a Suite!
- Maingay! Maraming nagra-radio, mga kalabog ng doors, tawanan ng staff kahit nung past 12 midnight na. Okay lang yung mga guests ang maingay, huwag lang mga employees ng resort

Hubby did not enjoy our stay much. Maraming tao sa Splash and Oasis pools, may political candidate na nag-victory celebration and may company na nag-team building pa. In short, matao to think last weekend na ng May ito. I wish we booked at 88 Resort instead.

To those planning to go to Splash Mountain, book at Splash Hotel or Oasis na lang. Hindi worth it ang rooms and service sa Suites.

SPLASH MOUNTAIN NOT RECOMMENDED:

Just want to share and give warning and some lesson learned things nadin to
those who regularly or even not frequently go to resorts or any place.

Last Saturday, we have a wedding coordinated at Splash Mountain Los Banos. Side
comment muna ha. long read ito pasensya na. Will write it according to thumbs up
and down

Thumbs Down- super daming thumbs down negative pa ang ratings.

1: We booked splash mountain for over night stay due to instead of going home
after the wedding the team decided to stay and enjoy for the next day. The
wedding was successful kudos to all suppliers. Any way.. Hubby booked a 1
standard room (couples room as they called) where it can accomodate 2 persons
but they allowed us to add additional person in the room. We just have to pay
extra person and extra bed charge.
Another room was also booked. It was the family room (para naman samin ito ni
hubby with my parents, sister and briel). Since we have a baby we asked if they
have a ref for us to store briel's food. MERON DAW!

Here comes the day, the receptionist told us we can't get the couple's room for
the allowed maximum person allowed to stay there is two. We have to updgrade daw
to group room where 4 room persons can stay and instead of paying additional
extra person and bed on family room di na daw gagawin nalang is irerecord nila
na 4 will stay at group room and 4 will stay at family room. But we still
upgraded the couples room and if to sum up the total cost lugi padin kami. Me
extra padin amount na dagdag compare sa we get the couples room and pay the
extra bed and person.

Walang ref! as in wala! napanis ang food ni briel. Buti we brought gerber and
healthy option baby food. Kundi walang kakainin ang anak ko kundi gatas lang. Sa
oasis lang daw me ref! naman!

Even the giant slide, it was closed daw pag di summer. We even asked this month
if its open and the staff said YES!.. The other guest also we talked to a guest
where they promised free breakfast. Pag dating nun day walang breakfast pala.
The people there are not talking to each other. They even cant provide simple
request from the guest. Lahat me bayad ultimo baso na nadala namin sa resort
from room hinanap kasi 100 daw charge e tag 10 pesos lang naman bibilhin yun..
hinanap nila ha, yun dslr nun friend ko parang wala silang paki..

The room is not even what we see at their website. Di ko gusto yun family room
and the group room. Buti pa nga yun apartel sa west ave na less 1k me ref!

2. About the ratings naman namin sa catering ng hotel. Parang di sanay sa
wedding ang mga tao dun. They seem overwhelmed sa dami ng food. During dinner
Princess my team mate ask the waiter if they could provided us 3 fresh lumpia
for the PV sana. Sabi di daw pwede kasi madami pa daw plato na di pa nagagamit
baka me kumain pa haller.. tapos na po kumuha ang mga guest. settled na lahat
and madaming tables ang bakante para sa 3 lumpia di daw pwede. sabi ni princess
parang napahiya daw sya sa way na pagkakasabi nun waiter. after nun
pinababantayan na namin sila. kasi me time pa na after nun incident na yun
tanungin ba ako if they can pack the food na haller uli.. anong pack e di pa
tapos yun event nasa dessert time palang yun mga tao me babalik pa nya ipack na
nila? and i even saw one waiter na me tinago plastic sa ilalim nun cover ng
buffet table. Again the waiter asked one of my team mate if they could pack na
kasi nakakain na lahat. sagot nalang nun kasama mo.. BUFFET? kaya nga buffet
kasi pwede bumalik...

3. DSLR and bag of my friend was stolen from his locked car. Ang mali siguro is
they put the cam and the bag sa driver's seat. Busy kasi kami coordinating the
final task from the wedding. We thought since the resort have security at the
gate we thought we are secured. The cam and the bag was placed at the car around
730-830 PM. Syempre nasa venue pa kami dahil lagi naman we are the last supplier
to go aside sa waiters. past 9 na nun nakaalis kami me naiwan pa nga 2 waiters
na mag lilinis ata. We even said good bye to them. Then we parked na the cars
near the hotel. Nun inaakyat ng ang gamit dun na napansin nun friend ko wala na
yun cam pati bag ng wife nya. Yun laptop na dala di nakuha kasi nakabag pack
lang baka kala walang laman. We suspected na either from the waiters or a guest
ang kumuha kasi they saw us sa event using the cam to take some photos ng
wedding for our collection naman..

So mga before 10PM we went back sa venue to ask. Tapos Dulce the emcee called us
na naiwan daw nya CP nya. nakasaksak sa me mobile system. Nakita po ni Princess
na nakasaksak yun during the event even Dennis yun staff ng resort na incharge
for the mobile system. Pero wala na nun binalikan namin. Sabi ni Dennis wala daw
syang nakita nun nagligpit sya. We dont know the fact lang na for sure staff ng
resort ang kumuha nun kasi wala naman guest ang pumupunta sa area ng mobile
system e. SIno ba me access sa area na yun. Mumurahin lang ang phone pero naka
plan din yun..

We asked the guard if me CCTV wala.. wala kasi din ilaw yun streets nila. Me
CCTV sa me lobby nakikita sino papasok sa venue. Yun car was parked infront of
the lobby entrance. we saw lots of people nasa harap. we know that kasi mga
guest nakatayo lang sa labas.. Napakalakas ng loob nun kumuha. The driver seat
is nasa front side so if bubuksan mo yun car kitang kita ka ng mga tao but who
will notice na di sayo yun car? Pwede nga kami magnakaw ng car dun e di nila
alam if amin yun. yun CCTV 1AM na nahanap yun recorded earlier. at 3 days lang
daw ang laman nun VHS tape kasi pag naubos na yun tape babalik sa umpisa at
papatungan ang tape nun previously recorded. wala din nangyari.. mne naaninag
kami na me dalawa tao matagal na tumayo sa car as in matagal pero di makita yun
face.. we dont know if sila yun.. di naman kasi pumasok na sa lobby.

Wala kami na feel na concern from them. We know din its our fault. Masyado kami
lax in keeping those valuables things at that time. Siguro kasi kampante kami na
dahil nakapark kami sa harap ng lobby madaming tao. Wala kasi guard sa entrance
ng venue.

Kami pa nagsabi if possible na paradyo sa lahat ng gate na check yun bag nun
lalabas na employee ng 10PM. Nagradyo naman sila pero wala din we dont know if
ginawa nga ba.

The next day, me dumating na pulis.. sabi talagang me mga ganun incidents daw sa
resort. Sinabi pa nun pulis sa nakausap na taga resort na pangalawa na daw yun
something. sinabi lang nun friend ko sakin di ko nakuha if pangalawa sa buwan na
to or what.

wala na din kami nagawa. wala naman silang ginawa din e.

nun nagcheck out ako. me nagrereport na guest na ninakaw ang crocs nya sa pool
hehe.. maybe if mas mahigpit sila sa security nila me nagroronda naman daw pero
wala kami napansin. nagsuggest nalang yun guest na sana mas higpitan nila
security nila.

wala ako thumbs up! siguro sa pool nalang ok naman kais yun pool pero me ibang
pool malabo na ang tubig the fact na lean season na.
meron din sila nakapost sa me pool na bentang mga ice tube, shakes etc. pero di
daw available pag summer lang daw as if naman nag snow pag tag ulan!...

wala din silang phone. pag me tatawagan ka sa hotel nila from suites kasi
magkaibang building yun di daw pwede kumunek kailangan daw puntahan mo. hahaha
ang ganda... yun aircon sa suites ni bride sobrang init me dalawa pa kami fan na
hiniram. wala din tooth brush and soap towel lang. ang damp ng dating nun place.

NOT RECOMMENDED TALAGA DI NA KO BABALIK DUN. BUTI PA SA ISLAND COVE MAGANDA MAS
MURA PA!... nag enjoy naman kami sa pool.. yun lang.. the rest is history..

Lesson learned. Kahit saan po talaga dont leave your valuables sa car. IF di
maiwasan sa trunk nalang para di nasisilip na me gamit.
Ingat po lagi sa gamit. Wag iiwan saan saan pati tsinelas wag nalang magdala ng
mamahalin.. Tsaka masarap po yun buco pie at cassave sa D'ivinas hehe along the
high way po sya from Splash Mountain..

^ hmm.. nung wedding ko, balita ko din nagbalot sila ng food. kaya pala nagtataka mom ko kung bakit sobrang konti lang ng natira e dami kaya excess dun..

would it be alright sis kung PM mo sa kin yung details ng wedding. yan e kung ok lang na itawag ko dun sa kausap ko sa splash (sayang, bait pa man din nya). idadamay ko na din yung issue ko. medyo tagal ko na ding dinamdam yan e..  sa experience namin, pasaway talaga waiters dun.esp yung tumayong head waiter dun. biruin mo, laging extra sa video/pics e gusgusing tshirt ang suot samantalang nakauniform yung ibang waiters. haaay..

re rooms, wala nga yata ref sa splash hotel pero mas preferred ko ito kesa sa oasis. tanaw kasi sa bintana ng room ang kotse namin. tsaka dami kasing pumapasok na insekto sa oasis.sa splash, wala naman at kada floor yata may water dispenser. sa oasis, wala.. yun lang kung need mo ng ref, wala talaga pag splash hotel lang..

hi sis yun matangkad ba na head waiter yun sinasabi mo naku. basta sabihin mo nalang yun kasal nun sat alam na nila yun at bongang bonga sila sa nakawan nun saturday!.. ayoko na kasi idamay yun couple wala naman sila kinalaman dun e.

tsaka about the ref.. tinatawagan namin sila long distance para inconfirm if me ref oo sila ng oo.. klinaro panamin na splash mountain kami. oo daw. napaka incompetent ng mga staff nila. wala din silang customer service.
