ask quotation sa donya jovita. may mga dorm type sila dun sa meditteranean part ng resort. separated siya dun sa mdaming pools. i remember kasi nagconference sila daddy dun.

Any suggestion for a private resort good for 20 pax.Whole day lang 8am-5pm. Limited Budget = 5K lang or lower. Family get away lang. A simple but nice place with a big swimming pool.

Went to Villa Teresa early this week. Was able to get the place for 7k only (weekday) 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. It was generally a good visit. The pool and the rooms were clean, the bathrooms could use a little more thorough cleaning/drying (I don't like grout and soiled shower curtains.) But that's just me nitpicking, it's extremely better than the usual! The pros outweighs the cons. The view from the 2nd floor was spectacular! Over-all I give it a 9 out of 10. Highly recommendable.

Oh and one major problem was the houseflies ugh. Bring fly paper. There were lots of fans but was overpowered by their sheer numbers :-p And you have to contend with the neighboring resorts' loud karaoke/noise. We're not into the rowdy/loud music thing but was there strictly for a relaxing swim. :-(

& yeah, the caretakers don't really give you much privacy as members of the family are always visible walking around the area. The boys were very helpful though.

just got 2 days off from work next week

and I plan to spend overnight at Laguna, we consider splash mountain, we checked the hotels, but we prefer city of spring then we learned na hinde pala siya on the same compound as splash mountain, and unlike splash, its not along the way. Pano kaya pumunta ng city of spring if commute lang? and ilang hours from MAnila. and pwede kaya magdala ng food?

kakagaling lang namin nung weekend sa pansol. 5k lang ang bayad namin for the whole day. dumating kami doon 8am hanggang 5pm kami. may videoke sila at billiards. iyon nga lang di ko nakuha iyong name ng nakuha naming house. basta iyong street nya sa tapat ng montevista resort. tapos pasok na lang kayo sa mga street. iilan lang naman ang private pool dun na may videoke at may billiard. maluwag iyong place kaya lang maraming langaw sa may kitchen atsaka sa hall. kalaban tuloy namin sa pagkain namin iyong mga langaw.

sis parang alam ko yung lugar na sinasabi mo

dun den kame ng rent ng house na may private pool, sa may Miramonte Village den ba...

tama, miramonte. iniisip ko iyong name ng village monte lang naaalala ko eh. hehe

malaking house sya sis pero hindi kulay white eh. pero malaki iyong pool nila na pang matanda pero 4ft lang ang lalim.

ang swerte ng mga may-ari ng mga bahay doon ano? kumikitang kabuhayan talaga sila.

libre ba iyong tubig nila? kasi sabi galing daw sa bukal pero di ko naitanong kung nagbabayad ba sila nun.

tapos yung caretaker nung bahay may pinakita samen sa kalapit bahay nila na private pool den ang rate naman daw 5K...kaya akala ko dun naman kayo sis

bsta pag pasok ng gate sa harap na yung malaking pool tapos nasa left side yung bahay...may parang attic andun yung mga ibang rooms....

hi mga sisses, purpleish at shegothim, makisali lang po ako about sa kita ng mga private pool owner's dito....
medyo malaki nga po ang kita nila kaya medyo mahirap sa munisipyo, malaki ang hinihingi sa kanila d lang ako sure kung saan pero parang sa environmental fee ata yun, sa pagkakaalala ko 2 years ago ata muntik ng magrally ang mga resort owners kasi hinihingian sila ng munisipyo ng almost 100k, pag hindi daw nagbayad isasara ang resort nila.

We had team building last year at Casa Leonida.. maganda sha, ok ang mga rooms, malamig ang aircon sa mga rooms, may billiards, videoke, complete kitchen equipment..

ang alam ko 12k ang binayad namin for 24 hours pero March kase kame nagpunta dun so peak rate yun..
