Mga sis pa-help din! kasi yung brother ko magpapakasal din this august, civil wedding (sa Manila City Hall) up to now wala pa silang ka plano plano palibhasa 21 pa lang.. haha.. basta ang alam lang nila ikakasal lang sila kami tuloy ni mama ang nag-iisip ng ideas kung paano ang gagawin sa kasal nya.. tsk! ano ba mga requirements para sa civil wedding pareho lang ba nung sa church wedding? pinupush ko nga na mag church wedding na lang tapos sa bahay ang reception kung wala talaga silang budget kaso gusto talaga nila Civil muna.. haaays! saan pa kaya pwdeng mag-reception na malapit sa Manila City Hall? matagal na kasi akong di nakakapunta sa area na yun bka may mga bagong tayong resto na, Max's lang ang alam ko na pwede & savory..

^ sis maraming restaurant sa may intramuros. around how much ba ang budget nila and how many people will be attending the wedding? of civil kasi tapos sa city hall, limited lang talaga ang pwede pumasok na guests. other guests pwedeng derecho na sa reception venue. marami rin namang resturants sa mismong sm manila na katabing-katabi ng cityhall.

about sa requirements: need nila ang cenomar, birth certificate, parent's consent or approval, attendance to the family planning seminar para magkaroon sila ng marriage license. kapag may license na, pwede na sila magpa-schedule ng wedding nila. if gusto nilang si mayor ang magkakasal, well depende sa kanyang schedule. since new mayor baka di muna magkasal si erap. pwede rin naman sa judge. usually, may schedule silang once or twice a week na pagkasal.

sabihin mo as early as now, mag-asikaso na sila especially the documents needed. hindi naman gusto nila august ang kasal, eh masusunod agad iyon especially if walang mag-aasikaso to make that happen.

sis! thanks hah.. around 12-15 lang naman ang guests kasi yung iba sa house na lang.. Family lang naman & yung Ninong & Ninang lang ang magreresto pero ang gusto sana ni namin is yung parang private room yung tipong kami-kami lang, meron bang ganun na Resto sa SM Manila? I'm not sure kung magkano budget eh.. hehe..

dapat talaga nag-aasikaso na sila ng mga requirements eh! bka next week nila simulan.. hehe.. kapatid ko na lang muna pag-aasikasuhin ko since preggy na gf nya, delikado mag lakad-lakad tsaka na lang si gf pag kailangan na ng apperance..

^ for sure, some restos dun have function rooms you can use. pati usually hindi ganun karami ang tao sa mga restos sa may upper floors. another suggestion rin pala is yung bayleaf hotel. tingnan na lang ng bro if kaya nila ang budget dun. sa may intramuros lang din yan. super lapit din.

i first wanted to say that i enjoy reading your threads.  lots of wonderful storeys and plans and beautiful wedding details.

I hope you all can help.  first off sorry, Po, i post in English, i am still trying to learn Tagalog and have found the online translators do not do a good job.

my finacee and i have been dating for a long time and we are getting married in May 2014.
 
we have chosen a location in Tagayaty, hoever we have a little issue. 

I work in Afghanistan, so i can not be there for all the appointments needed for the church or pastor wedding so we were going to have a Judge marry us, but we want the judge to marry us at our chosen venue, not at the courthouse. 

i have searched the internet and so has she.  we cant find the name and contact info for a judge in Tagaytay. 

she is very very busy with school and work, and i work in Afghanistan, so is very hard to search for such things.

does anyone have the name and contact of a Judge, Myaor, Official or anyone with the rights to do a civil wedding in Tagaytay that will officiate our wedding and marry us on location at our chosen venue?
