Sis how much quote sa'yo ng Pergola for the venue? Mas makakamura ba pag accredited caterer kukunin mo? thanks!

mas makakamura pag accredited caterer. ok din naman sila if ndi accredited caterer but u have to pay for the corkage which is 20% of the total bill mo with the caterer.

but u know whats the catch sis? pergola referred me to a caterer na ndi accredited sakanila. it just so happen na friend ng mayari ng pergola ang mayari ng caterer. so they waived the corkage fee na! also, si ate menchie (owner of the catering service), super bait. if u want, pm em so i can give u her contact details. sabihin mo nirefer kita. sobrang bait nya. down to earth. yes ndi nya kalevel sila tamayos, hizons, josiahs pero nagcacater din sya sa asap and sharon's show. very humble kasi sya.

Kami yung civil wedding namin nung 2009 was held in Dencio's Grill and Bar. Cheap and cozy naman yung function room nila. With flower arrangement na, free use of sounds and projector. The food was great. Para di naman boring yung civil wedding namin, we had program. May wedding singer, mga speech with matching iyakan , picture taking, and so on.. basta yung usual wedding. Overall, it was fun pero intimate kasi mga close friends and family lang talaga don. We spent 15k sa reception (40 pax) na yon.

Actually taga Mandaluyong ako and yung h2b ko sa Marikina.. wala naman ako masyado makita nice restaurant/affordable hotel  na pwede reception. So we're thinking na sa Manila na lang or QC na afford ng budget namin..

Sis sweetyam, kng max 30k budget mo for food, you could try yng mga restos na may function rooms since mura talaga ang gastos sa ganun, katulad ng kay sishannie1216 na sa dencio's. you can try max's din.

then dun sa other question mo, yes pwede ka magpakasal kahit saan basta make sure na yng marriage license i-apply nyo either sa mandaluyong or marikina.

hi sis sharks, kayo ni h2b mo ang makakapag-decide kng how much ang dapat i-budget nyo for your wedding. kng napag-kasunduan nyo na 100k max, you really have to stick with it. it's really a choice between necessary and optional (nice-to-have). goodluck sis!

sis sharks, pareho tayo na 100k ang budget namin ni h2b. pero nag over pa ako dun. will do more cost cutting ;-)

initially i wanted to have a very simple wedding. like sa ibang sisses natin dito na sa function room lang ng restau. prefered ko at first was at contis greenbelt kasi medyo malaki naman [textspeak!] function room nila. then nag start ako mag inquire sa mga hotel. try mo maginquire sakanila. kaya naman ang 100k mo sa hotel if limited ang guests mo like 50pax? they have wedding package kasi. if budget mo is 100k with 50 pax, try heritage: 80k, ghotel: 68k, bayview: 60k (?), city garden- yan medyo mura. 3 packages nila which i forgot na how much..

then eto nga, napadpad ako sa pergola ;-) very lovely place :-)

sis, negative pa talaga ako sa mga papers. kasi puro planning lang ako ng places, maginquire ng mga suppliers. e sa mga yan pa nga lang nahihirapan na ako what more pagdating sa mga papers. naku patay na talaga ako. cenomar, marriage license, lahat yan wala pa ako hehe patay talaga.. ikaw?

Im getting married on the 17th of August. Its going to be a Civil Wedding and I want it to be like a proper wedding... although our Church wedding is going to be in the Philippines. We have a wedding party of only 20- 25 guest. Should we still have cake cutting , toast and throwing of bouquets etc.??
