I think the key to buying any type of clothes is really knowing hat fits you and what works for your body type kasi no matter how expensive the brand is if it doesn't fit well it will just end up looking sloppy and cheap.

Personally I buy my office stuff from the ff:
- Zara - perfect for button down shirts, blazers and trousers but I have the pants adjusted coz most are too long for me
- Mango - for blazers and dresses or flowy tops
- Zalora - its cheap my goodness! especially when they do their sales I scored a dress from them for only P600 and got a ton of compliments
- Jessica - I love their blouses and tops although its expensive
- H&M - there's a lot you can but there to mix and match

My favorite is the LING brand found in the 2nd floor of Landmark... it used to be Max Ole in the Woman store in Glorietta. it looks formal yet not boring../and  reasonably oriced
