Try googling the contact number of cefam makati. Parang may nakita ako before para makapag inquire. Sadly ayaw ni hubby magpamarriage counseling :(

^kamusta nAman ang individual counseling? Nakatulong ba sayo? Naisip ko na din if possible yan pero sa tingin ko mas kelangan ni hubby more than me. Sya kasi yung di makapag express or open up masyado e. And also i think mas matindi yung guilt na pinagdadaanan nya bec he cheated parang di nya mapatawad sarili nya. I know it sounds ironic since he did cheat pero i know he is also hurting seeing me hurt.

medyo nabigyan ako ng other perception at yung mga advise naman nung counsellor is maganda..yun nga lang mas okay daw talaga kung as a couple.. kasi me as coming there for counselling only means that I am the one who wants to fix things and he is only seeing or hearing my side and how about the other side diba?

Buti ka nga medyo mukang my guilt or what yung hubby mo eh yung partner ko parang walang ka remorse remorse.

I had my counseling sa CEFAM last week sa Don bosco Makati... with Ms. Vicky Cantada, so far ok naman. Pero at the end of our session, sabi nya na, if we want our marriage to work out, kelangan kaming dalawa ng hubby ko magpacounseling. Kaya lang hindi sya ooen dun. I tried to tell him as well, and he refused. Kaya ako ito, hindi ko malaman gagawain, i'm almost giving up. I'm planning to have another session with Ms. Cantada.. kaya lang weekdays lang sya.. meron Saturday schedule kaya [textspeak!] 9 to 12nn lang.

Iyak ako ng iyak nagkwekwento palang ako eh bitin yung 1hr talaga and same din ng sinabi sakin mas advisable na couples yung magpunta to talk about what happened and yung action plans nyo. Sabi sakin ni Nathan Cruz..me coming there for counselling only means that I am the only one who wants to fix the relationship parang ganun.

I remember I was able to convince my ex to come. Pero once lang nangyari.

Di din naman nakatulong. I eventually gave up and ended our marriage. But it took me 10 years to realise.

Ito lesson learned para sakin - if the guy is unwilling to make an effort to make the marriage work, it will never work. You will just keep on hoping hanggang sa mapagod ka or malosyang ka lang.

Thanks sis girltalker2. Parang ganyan ako ngayon e. Wag naman sana ako malosyang. Hehe pero im still giving it a chance or waiting for what will happen next. Pero no more expectations. Im just waiting for things to unfold if wala na talaga.

^ it happened to me kasi. And 10 years wala naman nangyari. So I realised nasayang oras ko instead of moving on. So just sharing na sana you guys can find happiness and more meaning in life if you can find the right lifetime partner for you. I found mine 40 nako, pero had I known earlier, Mas mahaba pa sana ang mas masasayang years at nabawasan sana yung agonising years ko with my ex. Kaso that's water under the bridge. Just hoping for other women out there, to have the right wisdom and courage when to move on and when to wait. Just don't make waiting forever. Otherwise parang nag decide ka narin to accept a lifetime of misery.

Waiting is good, rather than finding a lousy partner..

Hi, i also went there sa CEFAM Makati. But siyempre ayaw naman. I think hindinpa talaga ako okay although si hubby my mga efforts din naman but for me not enough. Casual lang ako always sa kanya. Minsan pag nasa mood okay ako pero madalas cold. Honestly, naguguluhan pa din ako if ipaglalaban ko ba or hindi na.

Natakot naman ako sa sinabi mo sis. Going 12 years na kaming married ng husband ko and we've been through rough roads. He is so unwilling magpacounselling. I wanted to give up kaso we have 2 kids.

I went to cefam in ateneo once and walang nangyari.  The moment he heard i want him gone, he didn't convince me to stay.  I went to a therapist with my husband, and i didn't continue narin.  We are working on our annulment now.

Waiting nang walang sakit sa ulo is good. Pero Kung Meron ka ba namang katabi sa araw araw na ginawa ng Diyos eh walang iniisip kundi sarili lang nya and treats you like trash. Aba you really have to stand up for yourself. And waiting for the longest time in these situation is never good.
