Face Painting/Glitter tattoo & other activities for the kids

hi mommies, we just celebrated my son's first b-day 2 weeks ago.  I got ANF (Arts N Faces- http://artnfaces.multiply.com/) for the face-painting.  Si Ms. Lib mismo ang andun.  I agree sa mga feedback, madali kausap and very courteous sila.  Ganun din tulad ng ibang mommies, last minute din ako nag pa book pero very smooth transaction.  Napansin ko na passion talaga nila ang ginagawa nila kaya nag eenjoy rin sila while doing the face painting.  Big check talaga for this supplier!

Then we had Bubble show kasi my baby loves chasing down bubbles. I got Yan-ple's as add-on to my package.  Ok naman. Maganda siya pang kill time and pang catch ng attention ng crowd.  Kung may idle time, this is a good time stealer.  Nakakatawa mga tao isa lang sasabihin.."Wow..., uy wooow!" 

Other suggestions: Balloon twisting on the side, Cupcake decor, game stand etc.

anyone po may alam ng affordable sticker booth? school lang po ang venue and 1 hour lang kami allowed, meron kaya nagko-customize ng package nila for sticker booth?

for cavite mommies, yung neighbor namin nag-fefacepaint, di ko lang natanong kung magkano, nakita ko lang sya ang kinuha ng isa pa naming neighbor yesterday, I was impressed kasi ang gaganda ng gawa nya... I'll update pag natanong ko rate nya...

Hi mga mommies!  May nakapag-avail na ba sa inyo ng Super ANF Package ni Ms. Libby?  Yung may kiddie salon, face painting, glitter tattoo, and photobooth?  How was it?

had creative salon nun bday ni baby ko. im choosing between her and ANF. and since i read na ang set up ni CS e mas maganda kay ANF, i chose her. kaso di ako masyadong satisfied. di magaling yun mga artists na dumating nun party ng anak ko. yun hair salon, 3 ayos lang nakita ko ginawa nila for the kids. ulit ulit. yun face paint, ilan lang naface paint, yun mga kids gusto sa face magpapaint pero sasabihin daw nun artist na sa kamay na lang. super basic pa nun mga designs. wala ako masyado nakita na nagpaglitter tattoo. ang bagal pa nun mga artists. nag avail ako ng 3 hrs - facepaint, glitter tattoo, nail art at hair salon with 2 artists. the same price sila with ANF.

ayaw ko na lang din masyado isipin since over all ok naman bday party ng anak ko. pero yun officemate ko na magbday din anak, di ko nirecommend yun CS. sabi ko itry nya yun ANF since looking at the pictures, magaling mg artists nila.

@janiz thanks for the feedback.  That helped me a lot in deciding which one to book for my baby's party.
I was trying to get in touch with Creative kasi nga highly recommended because of their tent.   I tried to send a message kay creative mga twice na rin but I'm not getting any reply.  Gusto ko nga rin sana set-up ni creative because of the Hollywood style . 

Kung sa facepainting,  I would really go for ANF di lang kasi ako sure sa Kiddie Salon.  Any other  suggestions for kiddie salons mga mommies?

Hi Mommies,

Just a note to those who got GROOVE PAINT for their face painting & balloons...

Our party was last Saturday, Sep1 ang the party starts at 11AM. Our call time (based on email exchanges and the paper their crew had) was 10AM. This time did not come from me, I suggested 10:30AM but they (Kath/Prince) noted that 10AM was more appropriate.

Come party time:
10AM - no Groove Paint
11AM - no Groove Paint
12NN - still no Groove Paint

They arrived at 12:43PM when Symond was about to start his second part of the show... Honestly, I was so busy assisting the guests and the food so I had no time to get infuriated with their tardiness. Worst, I texted their proprietors around 11:28AM to ask where they were, the only reply was (verbatim): "Kanina pa po sila nakaalis Ma'am"

THAT'S IT, that is all you have to say???

Also, the package (P4,000) included face painting (by two artists) w/ glitter art and sequins for 2hours (extension of an hour is additional P1,000) and 100pcs balloons to be conducted by a balloonist. In the email, I asked how many crew will be there so I can provide crew meals, she (Kath) said 3. Lo and behold on the day, there were only 2. Yung isang artist, siya na din daw sa balloons. So my thinking is, how will you be able to paint and do balloons at the same time - technically, only 1 was painting!!! And I noticed that there were no sequins!

I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED with GROOVE PAINT.  Please mommies, if you got them, make sure (as in kulitin niyo sila) about the call time, all the details in your contract and email exchanges...

My point is, the face painting and balloonist should be early because this is the activity during the waiting time (period) when the host is still waiting for the guests before starting the program. Sayang... sayang talaga...

Yes, their works were nice, madami din naman ang nakapagpa-paint. As for the balloons, hindi ko alam kung ilan ang naggawa. But that is beside the point. THEY WERE VERY LATE.  Hindi na nila ako siningil ng extension since they were late. I was still courteous to them on the day. And they were very apologetic. But I will NEVER get their services again and I will NEVER RECOMMEND them to my family and friends.
