@heavenscent, yes sis ayaw ko talaga sa reptile show pero mga kids hindi takot ha. Sa school ng daughter ko may activity sila about reptiles ok lang anak ko excited pa.

if it were a girl's party..i prefer glitter tattoo coz its bright and sparkly but if it were for boys maybe face painting.

Hi mommies,

I'm a first time mom and this would be my first time to organize a party for my little one, I would appreciate your opinion, since my  baby is just turning one I was thinking instead of the usual palaro na hindi pa naman makakapagparticipate si baby, I'm thinking of an activity center for kids na lang.

I would like her to have a pink poodle in paris theme party ang gusto ko sana mayroon do-it-yourself stuffed toy station aka adoption center (diff. stuffed toy dogs), pet salon (beading station so they create accessories for the stuffed toys and for themselves), and instead of getting a kiddie salon supplier, i would put on a salon will buy siguro a mirror and will design it with feathers then will put on color hair sprays, accessories, face jewels, parisian style hats and boas so they can style themsleves. Magpiprint na din siguro ako ng certificate so they can name their pets.

Hopefully makahanap ako ng mabibilan for the stuffed toy dogs, mas maganda nga sana un-stuffed para diy na diy may stuffing station na rin. Ang mahirap lang I'm working mom and I wanted to be hands-on buying all those stuffs and putting it all together.

What do you guys think? workable kaya? I have so many things on my mind, excited kasi ako hehe. I 'm just worried baka hindi masyado time consuming yung activities and ma-bored kaagad yung mga kids eh it's a 2-3hours event.

^sis, mas ok pa rin kasi yun program.... nakakatamad kung gagawa lang sila ng isang activity... sken lang huh...

^^workable naman siya, but that would depend sa iyo... it's just about time management... tip ko lang dear, make sure na hindi lang ikaw ang nakaka-alam sa gusto mong maging set up ng party and most importantly, yung hindi lang ikaw ang excited sa idea... iba kasi yung marami ngang nakakaalam pero ikaw lang ang excited... it won't work...

if the latter will be the case, good luck sa magiging itsura mo during the event... kitang-kita yan sa picture ;-) na stressed out ka..

kasi imagine the scenario, almost all your guests, ikaw ang tatanungin para ma-facilitate itong gusto mong gawin...  at pag di mo agad sila na-attend, mawawala na yung momentum at tatamarin na silang mag-participate.... baka walang matapos and in the end, masayang lahat ng effort mo.

help... im planning for my baby's party on jan 2010... need inputs

1. game booths vs. kiddie salon
- im having a jojo circus party for my little girl. i like the kiddie salon more
actually, but was thinking ano naman gagawin ng boys.
- if game booths only are they worth it? do kids actually play? my eldest kase
was never attracted to game booths. but bagay sa theme ko..

2. giveaways - large storage box, small storage box, bean bag, or lunch bag w/
zippered bottom
- large storage boxes -- would you like to get this or magiging tambak lang?
- among the choices above, what would you like to get?

Meron ba face painting, glitter tattoo and balloon twisting ang Jollibee?

ask mo sis yung branch kung san kayo mag party. kasi sa ortigas roosevelt pwede naman. meron silang ka-tie up na party planner. tinanong ko kun gpwedeng ako ang magdala ng sarili kong supplier, ok lang daw. pero magbayad ako ng 200 para sa face painting kung sariling supplier ko ang dadalhin ko.

alam niyo po ba kung ano ang ginagamit ng mga artist sa face painting at gliiter tattoo nila? lahat naman po yun hypo-allergenic?

honestly, not everyone uses hypo allergenic... you might be surprised na may gumagamit ng poster paint... i don't know with others, but i don't want to take the risk... safest pa rin na snazaroo ang gamit... kami nga, pag nauubusan talaga yung supplier, no choice kami but not to accept booking... kasi parang di ko pa rin feel yung ibang brand ng skin paint na nabibili sa national bookstore... as for glimmer tattoo, may mga licensed suppliers din na nagbi-benta ng mga supplies niyan pero definetely not from any bookstores... so be careful...

it's like a regular set up in a play school... ok na rin... kaya lang siguro kung medyo malaki na yung mga kids, i-condition na sila na walang magic show or anything the like... kasi baka mag-expect sila... yun yung usual reaction na naririnig namin sa kanila...
