Mommies, we had a puppet show during the 1st birthday of my sons and what we did para hindi boring is to have the puppet stories interspersed with the games and other activities.  So after the balloon twisting, we had the first story, then games then puppet story again.  The third story after eating na yata ginawa.  Boring naman talaga kung 30 minutes na sunod-sunod na puppet show lang.  I just told the party host to prepare games and his usual stuff in between the puppet stories. 

The bigger kids (ages 5 and up) really enjoyed the puppets.

sis emie: good point ka dun sa photobooth.. dapat il get na the golden show pero parang namamahalan kami for a 30mins show nasa mga 6-6.5k.. kung photobooth, parang extra souvenir na din un db.. tsaka madami talaga maaaliw.. waah.. im so torn!!

fact is, medyo mura naman na pala yang nakuha mong golden show... sila ba talaga yung sa golden show? kasi almost half their regular rate eh... ilang talent daw yan at [textspeak!]-ano yung mga gagawin?

^Golden Show i believe is sort of brand name na ng isang group of performers na acrobats, jugglers, balancers, contortionists, unicyclist, and fire eaters.

^dami kong mga pricelist ng mga party planners and nsa ganung rate lang talaga eh, may iba lang na malayo ang price. my friend got them 2 years ago nsa mga 5k lang, so i think same ang golden show na pinag uusapan namin.

^ hehe, talked to my friend, tama advice niya.. i got alex lagula, may magic show sya, may games, then i got a mascot may performance din yun, then i have na kiddie salon with mga nail art etc, i might put up an arts area pa for mga plaster painting. so kung extra show pa kukunin ko baka hindi ko masulit si alex.. sayang naman galing niya.. so baka mag photobooth nalang ako then il stop the booth pag mga important program na like candle blowing etc para macontrol ko yung guests kahit papano now my prob is, sino ang booth na kukunin ko hehe.. time to canvass and get sample prints

hi mga sis baka may alam kayo na face painter tapos may salon kahit 1 salon lang kasi sa fast food lang yung bday so 2 hrs lang yun... baka may alam kayo mura ang maganda thanks

^^ I think Art n Faces offers vanity salon also.  When I got them last March, wala pa yun e.  They're very good.  Nice pa si Liby.

si wanlu marionette show naman ang tawag.. it's a show featuring stringed puppets...singer, dancers and a juggler

can anyone recommend a good brand of face painting kit? we're thinking of having this as an activity for the halloween party for kids at the office. since we have a lot of creative people in the office, we're thinking of letting them do it na lang.

yes... meron sa national bookstore pero hindi sa lahat ng branch... maraming sizes yan and klase.. merong per color... meron namang per set...

i saw an online shop sa multiply selling mga plasters for painting.. i ordered 60pcs na lahat disney designs then il put them sa kiddie tables with paints para while waiting for the party to start may activity sila:)

hindi ko na kinuha yung golden show, i got na bai capture as my photobooth supplier 2hrs plus 1 hr free

i'm also thinking of getting glitter tattoos.  option of getting the service or the party kitand have someone do it for me.

photobooth are super fun. the one i got uses good lighting and their booth doesn't take so much space so kahit small my venue, not too space consuming. and it has a stop time meaning when people are eating or there's a program, timer is stopped so sulit the time. and unlimited prints sya inclusive of 2 printers so mabilis and di mahaba pila.  most of all, they have a good promo when i booked them. i think 9k instead of 14k
