Ano kaya yung gravy na hinahalo nila sa sisig ? Anyone knows the ingredients pls, i want to make sisig kasi ..

I buy Monterey sisig from Landmark grocery.  Then, I saute it with lots of onions and some chili peppers.  If I don't want to put chili, I season it with black pepper, Knorr seasoning and calamansi.  No need for gravy.  Try it.

^ Masarap naman, di ba?  I buy yung hindi frozen, yung nasa counter.  Yung frozen kasi na nasa freezer, hindi raw masarap.

You can season it pa as you like.

recently tried kalye juan's sisig sa kalye and it was really good because of the grilled pork. yun nga lang, kasing-dami ng pork yung chopped onions kaya hirap na hirap akong alisin.

sis babyjapnurse01 ...talaga sis saan sa LP? nung na try ko kasi sis ang sisig sa gerry's sa MOA, hindi ko nagustuhan ang dry nung pag kaka-serve nila samen tapos ang onti pa....

sis lemonade ...ok pala sa Kalye Juan's sis tagal kuna yan gusto ma-try mag dine den sa Kalye, parati lang kasi kontra si hub hehe... ako naman sis mahilig sa onions =)

I like Pino Restaurant's mini sisig tacos.  Sisig without the guilt kasi maliit lang ang portions at maraming leafy greens!  May bits of ripe mango pa.  It's really good!
