and i don't have the slightest idea how to go about it...

May I borrow a script that I can read for cake cutting ceremony, garter, dove, etc?

sis, i suggest you research the meaning or symbolism of those traditions then incorporate it in your script..just make it simple..

Shouldn't the coordinator be guiding you along too?
Ask to view some of the coordinator's latest weddings -- that should be good examples for you to improve on.
